Pivot PT- Chesapeake (Great Bridge)

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been here twice, and both Alyssa Ochler and Emily Quiros have been amazing. They are not only knowledgeable and skilled in their treatments but also take the time to educate me on what I can do to improve during my training sessions. I’m so grateful for their expertise and care. Thank you both so much!

I’ve been a patient at pivot physical therapy for a few months, following a shoulder surgery. I have experienced the best team full of positive-minded and knowledgeable medical experts who are willing to go above and beyond to best suit my needs. Today I ran out of gas and the patient care coordinator Lauren drove a miles across town to pick me up for my appointment. There is no better physical therapy team!

Left knee and neck rehab Im very happy with everything. I'm a VA patient and the ladies at the front desk are do an amazing job working with the VA to get my referrals in. I have been to a lot of PT places since my accident and I never had so much 1 on 1 time with a therapist. Highly recommend this place .

I’ve been here for two different issues and Brittany has done a fantastic job of getting me out of pain and functioning again. The front desk has been friendly and great to work with on scheduling. I only gave 4 stars originally because my son also saw a therapist here and I wasn’t too excited either how quickly he was discharged and just given the excuse, “some kids just aren’t flexible.” That PT is no longer here and I’ve had to get PT again. The assistants/techs have been great as well; they know what they are doing and always seem to be upbeat and helpful. The billing department is second rated but the quality of care I get is top rated so I’ll take it. This is a great place to get better!!

The staff and therapist at the great bridge clinic are awesome. The level of care is extraordinary. The therapist listen to the patients and stay engaged unlike other clinics in the area. They genuinely care about you and your recovery.

I didn't think I would ever run again after a knee injury two years ago. But after trying a few local offices I ended up being referred to Pivot with Whitney. She got me on track with a great treatment plan and I am running again!! It's such a great office with a wonderful, caring staff. If you need physical therapy, this is the office to go to!

The best place to receive care. All physical therapists are personable, knowledgeable and eager to see you improve! Great group of people down to the administration.

The therapists listen to your concerns, it’s refreshing to know you are being heard! The facility was clean and everyone works well as a team to administer care to all their patients. I would highly recommend Pivot!
