Pivot Occupational Health

Upon my arrival I did not have to wait. Staff was very kind , however the building was filthy bathroom was disgusting urine on floor toilet never been cleaned sink with hair in it floors never mopped stands were dusty waiting area floor was not vacuumed particals on carpet windows need clean poor cleaning condition this is unacceptable……

It was a great place but the staff doesn't know how to answer phones called 20xs in the past 2 days

I'm in here every other month and they're pretty quick. I'm usually in and out within 20 mins.

Beyond slow!! The lack of enthusiasm is horrible. First, lets start by getting to work on time. They say opening time is at 7:30 am, however didn't get there until around 8am. I was there for 45 minutes waiting for a drug screen.

We use the Seaford office for all of our occupational health needs; i.e., post-offer testing and drug tests, occupational injuries, annual hearing tests, and are extremely happy with the results we get from them. They are most especially helpful in dealing with occupational injuries. If the company has any doubts about the legitimacy of an injury, I inform the staff of Pivot and they work with us and our work comp insurance company to get to the bottom of the nature of the injury with regard to symptoms/ complaints. Their attention to detail and follow-up and follow through has helped our company save money! Special thanks to Brenda Williams, who I know I can always count on to point me in the right direction when I don't know exactly where to go!

Slow. Slow. Slow. They talk to much instead of working. You'll definitely be in there over an hour almost two hours for just a drug test.

The staff at Pivot Occupational Health in Seaford are wonderful. Always pleasant and helpful and accommodating during these tough and busy times. Would highly recommend.

Very rude an attacked me verbally about my mental health issues. Judged me as well for the medication I was taking. Very unprofessional.
