Pioneer Nursing Home & Rehab

The folks at Pioneer gave my mom excellent care. From day one they were friendly , caring and helpful. They always kept me up to date on my moms needs and condition I don’t think there is a better place. I truly don’t know what I would have done without the Pioneer folks. Angels from above for sure

Wanted to give a shout out to Pioneer Nursing Home. The staff and nurses are amazing. Linnette in the business office is wonderful! She works so very hard working with families to get the best financial aid/help possible. The nurses are also amazing with the care they give the residents and medications are managed to perfection. CNA’s are in the amazing group also, making sure the residents are comfortable and their concerns are taken care of. The cafeteria staff are also in the amazing group as they serve the best food anyone could want, along with snacks if a resident needs one. The facility is also well maintained, with a neat and clean appearance ( kudos to the maintenance crew). As you can tell I cannot say enough good about this facility and just wanted to share my thoughts.

Obviously, we all want to avoid nursing homes with our loved ones if at all possible. However, when the time comes, I highly recommend Pioneer Therapy and Living in Melbourne, AR. They care deeply about their patients and follow through with everything they say they will do as far as meds, therapy etc. Their rooms are clean and according to Mom, the food was great. They also have a friendly staff and everyone pitches in to help.

My mom stayed here for physical and occupational therapy for about two weeks. She was content and well cared for during her stay. She liked the food and told me daily how nice everyone was to her. We are considering having her return for times that we travel and the amount of travel would be too difficult for her with Parkinson’s Disease.

Amazing facility and staff!! The facility is run like a real home and family, Jody, Shannon, Jessica, Chantal and the rest of the staff are so wonderful and helpful all of the time. Recommend this facility for their above and beyond care they give to their patients and family of patients!!

We came as visitors of a friend that had a stroke. Our friends are really pleased with the service and care.

I had a stroke in July, was here for 6weeks, worked hard to help me , all were very caring , clean facility.

My wife recently spent 3 weeks in the Pioneer Nursing Home from a compound hip fracture.She was very pleased with Jody, Shannon,Chantal and the rest of the staff.They all were a great help, positive and happy to help with any concerns.The building was clean and the food was good.Management took care of the rehab scheduling at our home after releasing her.They too are a very professional staff.The only problem now is my wife expects me grocery shop, cook,clean and wash clothes.
