I play badminton competitively and have gone to PT here for different injuries and have recovered well. I have had a good rehab experience and strengthened my right knee well after a meniscus tear, recovered quickly from a tennis elbow. Recently after a grade 1 ankle injury I made a swift recovery to return to playing again because my therapist guided me with the right exercises for rehab and strengthening. He gave me the right exercise routine to follow at home as well.

Issue with front desk / billing: - Charged me the full amount $150 when I've already met my deductible (i.e. should only charge $15) - Front desk very unwilling to help (I had to call multiple times and even went in person) - First got a refund of $60. They deducted $75 due to an appointment cancellation, which I was only informed of when I asked for my $135 refund - Took me half a year to finally get them to agree to refund the rest $75 (conditional on removing bad review on google/yelp) - After a month, still not receiving check. Called front desk multiple times, calls all denied. Eventually got them on the call, was told 'sorry I can't give you any info'. - Lost patience and disputed transaction w/ my HSA card, got full refund of $135 - Wrote an email to inform them, and got an reply immediately (note this is 10pm on Wed). Previously I've emailed multiple times and no reply whatsoever Issue about the PT specialists: - My right hip pain got worse after my session - The specialist asked me to do exercises that I know makes the pain worse (similar motion to hip abduction) which I've also told them about

I highly recommend Jackson mao , the best therapy I ever experienced . He treated my neck’ problem. I have been suffering from it for over 9 years . After Jackson’s treatment, I recovered a lot . He really has magic . Only one thing to remind , no pain , no gain , the treatment sometimes is painful, but it works

The actual physical therapy was good and worked well for me BUT dealing with billing is a headache and they don't answer calls from insurance providers.

Issue with billing. They overcharged me and threatened to send a made up balance to collections. Would not cooperate at all and made for a stressful experience. Looking at other reviews it seems like they have issues with record keeping and need to get it sorted out.

I highly recommend working with Alyson. I was skeptical that PT could even help after i suffered a herniated disc and significant back pain and loss of mobility but I was proven very wrong. Alyson was great to work with. She was positive and encouraging and I felt heard and seen and she addressed my concerns, helped me set goals and made it very easy to work towards them. I"m now almost completely symptom free and feel stronger and like I have a better understanding of how my body reacted to the injury and how to prevent it in the future. I had no problems with scheduling and every single appointment started on time and ended on time. I left each appointment feeling better and more positive about my outcome. The facilities are not super fancy or filled with lots of crazy equipment but in my case i'd rather work with and excellent person than a average person in a fancy facility. Strongly recommend!

Thank you Ashley Kranz for helping me progress with my recovery. In the few 6 sessions I was blessed with the opportunity of having you and your talent introduced into my recovery! I learned so much from you! Thank you for being a “Shero” in my life story! I am grateful for you and Pinnacle and the forward progress we made because you cared! Love from my entire heart! May you continue to heal people!

I've loved working with Aly after I had severe back problems. She is wonderful and everyone else seemed very professional. It's true that the room and equipment may be a little old or unkept, and at times they seem a little disorganized. But honestly it makes me feel more at home. Instead of a stuck up clinic it feels like a space for and from real people
