Heather took my swollen, stiff hand and wrist and within a few months, got most of my motion back from a 15 year old injury. I am able to do everyday tasks like washing dishes without my hand cramping and swelling up Due to the skills Heather gave me I am able to successfully manage the arthritis in my wrist and live normally. I can't thank her enough.
