I would like to thank Natasha and the rest of the staff for their professionalism. By the time that I finished my therapy (4 weeks), I felt amazing. Every therapy session they pushed me a little more to help me achieve my goals. From the front desk to all the PT they were all great and flexible to assist in scheduling. I highly recommend this location and wish them all the best. Thanks again!!!

Convenient location and great therapist, I truly appreciated her professionalism and knowledge, she is the only reason I am considering returning to this practice to finish my sessions. All had been going well with my weekly appointments, until I called in first thing in the morning today when they opened to let them know I was feeling sick and needed to cancel my late afternoon appointment. I was told that they would need to charge me $50 for same day cancellation. I said I would be unable to pay the cancellation fee, silence on their end … and then I said, I guess I will show up anyway not feeling well. I was literally just told “ok see you then.” No follow up questions about what condition I had, or if I was contagious, or if how I was feeling would interfere with my physical therapy session, nothing … they just wanted to collect their $50. I showed up not feeling well and I would have rather rested that afternoon, but instead of treating me with common sense and humanity, I was going to be penalized for cancelling. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous and terrible costumer service. I’ve never encountered such inflexibility at any other doctor or therapist office. And I have never canceled before or no showed to any of my appointments at this practice. Just sharing my experience here. After my sessions conclude I will not be returning to this practice in the future for any treatment I may need, which is sad because I truly enjoyed working with my therapist.

Time went by so fast from start to finish with this practice. Natasha, was one of a kind with her expertise on always finding a challenge and the energy for me to better reach my goals. I would love to thank Natasha and the rest of the staff. I wish them nothing but success.

Recovering from a ruptured ACL and torn meniscus wasn’t fun and a bit scary, but since my first day of therapy the entire staff was awesome and made me feel at ease. They took my recovery seriously and were invested in making sure I hit my goals every session. The physical therapists and athletic trainers really know their stuff. Support staff always friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing physical therapy. I can’t thank them enough for how much they helped me.

Best location for physical therapy! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. I came to them with long term knee issues with little faith after visiting other PT facilities. But they have completely changed my life!!! My mobility hasn’t been this great in years. If you need physical therapy, this is the place for you!

Excellent experience with Pinecrest Wellness, particularly with Desaly Gonzalez, DPT. I was experiencing pain in my right hip due to arthritis and bursitis. She worked me out with a series of stretching and strength building exercises and developed a program to continue at home both during the 6 or 7 weeks of PT and after. During the period of PT I strained a lower back muscle on my left side (lifting something heavy) that was quite painful and waking me up at night. She applied deep massage and augmented my exercise program to include lower back exercises. Theses exercises solved the pain after several sessions. I highly recommend Pinecrest Wellness. Experienced, professional and comprehensive service.

They are very specialists in what they do. Personally, the therapies have gone very well for me. I recommend them because they are very patient with each patient. I visit 9100 north Kendall drive with Desaly Gonzales, very focused and professional.

WOW! I've been to several physical therapy centers all addressing the same condition, yet only 3 sessions with Desaly and I could tell there was definite improvement and I was on the road to recovery. If I ever need physical therapy again, this is where I'll get it.
