Isn't my time important? I show up 30 minutes early to my appointment as a common courtesy. After waiting to be seen for another 30 minutes past my appointment time. I walk out and politely explain that the doctor must be busy with other patients and I would reschedule. I am told that I may be forced to pay a cancellation fee. In all fairness to them this was my fourth appointment and all prior appointments I got in and was seen in a reasonable time. I believe what bothered me is, being polite about helping the doctor catch up by rescheduling and then being threatened with a cancellation fee.

My experiences with PP in GV are always good! I met with NP Jackie for a follow-up and her knowledge of the body, muscles, and bones is unreal. Also her knowledge of medicine is amazing. She is always on point as to what can be done and what we have to wait for time wise. If needed, she orders the x-rays or MRI’s needed so she has the information needed to address issues correctly. She’s friendly, caring and outstanding at her job and I trust her and find her very easy to talk too in addressing my problem areas. Along with Jackie, I start my check-in with Allen (sorry if I spelled his name wrong), but I’ve always found him to have a positive and motivating attitude. He’s easy to talk too and very professional and thorough in the initial check-in process. They are both outstanding representatives for PP in their treatment of their patients.

I've been seeing Pima Pain Ctr. in Green Valley for several months for chronic back pain. After falling 3 times and experiencing even more severe pain, I finally got an appointment. When I told Dr. Mark Tiffany that because of no appointment I had to increase the dosage of my pain meds. He immediately told me I had broken my contract with them and not to come back They won't see me. Now I'm in great pain and no meds. Didn't even know there was a contract. Don't go there!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! DON'T GO HERE! Dr. Mejia literally RAN from my 83-year-old mother this morning, her first visit there, without a SINGLE WORD! WE WERE IN SHOCK! The STAFF there is good, but I'VE NEVER SEEN A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL "DOCTOR" IN MY LIFE! BELIEVE THE RUMORS ... FIND A DIFFERENCE PLACE TO BE YELLED AT! 😡😡😡

The staff was helpful with scheduling, easy check in, great MA. It was my first time seeing Dr. Mejia. She listened to me, was very kind and I didn’t feel rushed. I am happy to find this practice and have Dr. Mejia as my pain specialist.

I simply don't understand a pain clinic with pain Doctors, who say they won't and don't take on patient's who have severe pain and has been seeing a pain Doctor for many years. They are in the business to help people with pain and Chronic pain. But if you have tried every medical device and treatment for pain and none of them worked they refuse to take you on as a patient. Because they don't want to prescribe any medications to help you even if the medication would work and help you. They are only in the business of helping people with pain and or chronic pain, by doing procedures. SAD! SAD! SAD!
