I have been a patient for a few years. Most of the people here listen and care not only about your pain, but your over all health too. Dr Schiller has a very gentle touch when it comes to procedures.

Any time I come in for an Appointment I am always treated with much warmth. I am always made to feel comfortable And everything about my check in is done with such ease and so fast! I have never been made to wait for more than a minute or two. Many procedures to help relieve pain. I am so very happy to be a patient at PPI and the front office people at the Broadway location are a plus five star professional and warm. Thank you for always making me feel welcome and at ease. S. W.

I am a veteran who was referred to Pima pain center through community-based care. I had my appointment today for an epidural, it is my first experience with this. Upon arriving I was escorted into a room to administer and IV. The woman doing it put a tourniquet around my wrist and padded the veins on my hands for approximately 2 to 3 minutes before I recommended that maybe she tried the arm if she was more comfortable. She then put a tourniquet around my upper arm and just before administering the IV she heard someone in the hallway and said she had to leave the room. She walked out of the room with the needle and left the tourniquet on my arm. She was gone for approximately 7 minutes. Upon returning she came back into the room and tried sticking me with the needle that she walked out of the room with. I stopped her and asked for a new needle. She then did so, when she stuck me she pulled out the needle and forced in the catheter, I was bleeding all over and she realized she didn't have tape or gauze prepared. She couldn't get the tape unstuck from itself, so she took her gloves off and held the IV catheter uncapped with one bare hand while holding the roll of tape with the other bare hand and using her teeth to tear off a piece to stick over the catheter that was in my arm. In this moment, I thought "what just happened?" I have extensive medical training with my military background. And this is not safe practices, nor did it give me a comfortable feeling about being sedated and a needle being stuck in my back. When I express this to the staff, they treated me like I was a crazy person. I expressed to them that I wish to proceed with the procedure because I am in a lot of pain and need to find something to help with relief. They canceled my appointment and instructed me that I could reschedule at a later time. I'm absolutely disgusted with how I was treated and would like to inform the public and other veterans to not go to this place for treatment or referrals. The care is subpar, and I personally did not feel comfortable with the competency of some of the staff.

Dr Shiller was great. He took the time to discuss my problem, explained multiple options which allowed me to make an informed decision about my treatment. His staff was courteous, friendly and efficient.

My name is Misty this is my husbands google account and I am no longer a patient at all. And I started at the East but was tossed to whomever . Where do I start? First was great, Dr. Schiller was funny. Since then I had only seen an actual doctor twice more in 3 and a half years. Then I was passed around to PA's and nurses. I followed any and all treatments I was given, some worked OK and some not so much. I had countless injections and even saw their chiropractor of which I paid entirely out of pocket for those, the adjustments made the pain worse. They messed up a drug preliminary test and said I tested positive for Ecstasy which I have never done. That's when they started treating me badly. Morganstern more like monster, I have never been belittled like that in my life, all because I told her I had breakthrough pain and took 2 extra pills. I was not the only patient that did not like her, had a lady come out into the lobby in tears saying "she never wanted to see that horrible woman Shannon ever again." Then it didn't matter that my pill counts were never off, "I wasn't taking my medication as prescribed, per my UA results." I would save a pill for the day of and take it an hour before the test and it still came back clean. The reason I left was because I had to go the ER after I had a lumbar epidural steroid injection they moved and messed up and had gotten IV morphine. I to this day have the worst ever pain and have a hard time walking. I was in tons of pain so I called and asked for a temporary increase in pain meds they gave me steroids instead. At the same time I was passing a rather large kidney stone and I had a removal surgery by my urologist, who prescribed pain meds. My next appointment was for my third and final injection, Dr. Schiller chose not to do it because I was treated by someone else. He yelled at me like it was my fault that he messed up my last injection. I was "let go" after that for, 1. clean UA's x2, and because I was prescribed other pain meds after an emergency surgery. This is only some of the horrible things they have done to me. Also they overcharged me and 6 months after no longer being there they STILL owe me almost $300.

Ive been a patient of doctor Annabi for over four years now. Before i started seeing him for treatment i had a terrible experience with a surgeon who was more concerned about his image than his patients he left me feeling worthless and at that point death sounded like a better option than trying to chew through life in pain (he messed up my surgery. . then blamed me!). After that experience i had some serious trust issues when it came to doctors, i was terrified to even sit in a waiting room at a doctors office. After a couple visits with doctor Annabi that anxiety went away. He talks to me like i matter and hes told me several times how dedicated to my care he is and hes shown how important my well-being is to him. Ive never met another doctor who is as approachable and compassionate as he is. His office is staffed with some amazing people who share his dedication and professionalism when assisting patients. Sage is an awesome person shes very helpful and always keeps me updated any time there's an issue with my medication, she keeps pushing until she knows the issue is resolved. Shes a sweetheart we enjoy our little chats with her when we are in the office. Jimmy has helped me out several times when i was having issues with my insurance covering my treatment. He and Dr Annabi both made sure i could still be seen while it was being sorted out. I have and will continue to recommend pima pain center to my friends and family. Thank you pima pain center, Martin

I have been a patient at this location for some years. For some reason they have only Jedeh Moore PNP there as a care giver even though in the past they had more and I can't imagine why they don't have more care-givers there. Mr. Moore is professional, caring and I really wouldn't change my care giver . The staff is all super friendly and care about we patients. If one checks-in on-line, there is just about no wait and you only have to take care of paying before you are seen. Rarely is there ever more than one or two people in the waiting room. I live closer to the Broadway office but wouldn't go anywhere else that Pima Street with plenty of parking and the friendly staff that become known to you .I am glad I was assigned this office at the beginning and I love Mr. Moore the nurse practitioner who cares for us.
