Clean bathroom. store is good and well stocked. Showers are clean and high water pressure, shower turn around was also fast I was guest 7 in line and it only took 20 minutes for my turn. Onsite laundry is card operated not coin so big plus there. Truck Parking lot is small and odd shaped

Quick stop for a bathroom break…the bathroom was fairly clean. The gas stalls were busy and the diesel pumps were full of semi trucks, so had to go to a different gas station down the street.

Arrived to top off the tanks with gas. Pumps worked as designed without issue, building appeared clean and free of any issues. Warm friendly inviting staff, clean fully stocked restrooms.

Worst pilot I’ve ever been too. Half of their diesel pumps are down and no one answers their phone if you try calling them. Won’t be coming here again.

EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THEIR PHONES WHEN THEY'RE ON THE CLOCK AND IF THEY ARE THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!!! After paying at the pump at the park didn't print out my receipt so I had to go inside and the cashier he was on his phone kind of helping someone in front of me and then when it got to me and he just was looking at his phone so I just started talking that I needed a receipt he just kind of looks up at me goes back to his phone and then print out my receipt. Call while he's on his phone and then he grabs the receipt and just stands there with it and I had to take it out of his hand. I'm the one that said Thank you to him he said nothing he was too busy on his phone I didn't even get a thank you from him for my business. HORRIBLE

My experience at the Pilot flying j in Van Texas is always a pleasant experience especially at the food bar! Michelle is phenomenal and she's always really nice with exceptional customer service skills...

Fuel pump didn’t work. Bathroom filthy. Restaurant tables filthy and they were slow even not many customers. Parking was available in lot and across the street several workers don’t speak English or speak it poorly. Ketchup dispensers were both empty. None of the tables in the Wendy’s was wiped down and food was all over the floor. Food wasn’t bad. Several urinals out of order and nasty. Sink was a complete mess.

Small Travel center which was out of Everything including Food except for Wendy's which had a long wait. Bathrooms closed for 15 minutes with no soap & 7 showers which were full.
