Pillars Physical Therapy located in Daly City, CA and headed by Ms. Carissa Suarez is a very professional place for immediate treatment and rehabilitation according to your needs. I experienced it myself after a lower back surgery due to almost a year of excruciating pain. It was a protocol on their part before services were rendered to check if my health insurances were acceptable and if I would encounter any financial obligation to avoid misunderstanding and complication. My condition was thoroughly examined and conscientiously evaluated. Carissa took care of my routines and taught me all the pertinent and important exercises related to my post operative recovery. I had knee surgery and even though the copay plus deductible and the co insurance was above my budget my 7 sessions with the therapist was well worth it. Strange exercises but they worked on my knee. A bit crowded there but I was there to get better. The pain was there but over time it got less and less Kudos!!

Blatant disregard for orthopedist/surgeon’s orders for rehabilitation - doctor’s note stated no weight on broken leg. Therapist insisted on putting weight as part of physical therapy.
