Came in with open wounds on my foot along with a 3rd degree burn. I was told to gauze and buy bandaids and saline water. My pain level is a 10. Came in sobbing (the first time, cause oh yes I was here 12 hours ago while it was EMPTY) and left in a room for 2 hours so I left... so second time came in with very variable pain. Limping and barely able to move and they told me to go get TYLENOL!!!!!!! Not even ibuprofen 600... not anything stronger than OTC. Wish gashes and burns this severe I feel like my care and discharge should have been more comforting. Will never return!!

I have called this department multiple times for the last 3 days and no one pick up the phone. How can you provide medical service this inhumane?
Every visit is disappointing. I expect professional services in the ER, instead you hear the doctor, nurses, and staff talk about you & cracking jokes for every patient to hear .. 🙁
