If I could give them Zero stars I would , took my 83 yr old mother in with a BP of 198/100 and they sent her back out to the waiting room , then when finally called back was told by a Dr to try and let it come down on its own, the nurse also said that she was not concerned with her blood pressure reading!! Like WHAT?? Really but this is also the same nurse that said high blood pressure doesn’t cause confusion!! What a joke , they had no smiles or greeting and acted as if they hated to be there! Terrible terrible place ! Needless to say I walked out with my mother and will never go back!! They need to go back to nursing school !!

This is called a community hospital but it doesn’t have any way to check on a pregnant woman to see if everything is ok. Sure seems great for the community. Terrible service, rude staff. Shut this place down. Seems more like a money laundering operation than a hospital. This has got to be a joke.

I would honestly give them ZERO stars if I could very rude and not smart at all. Ended up walking out because they had to look up how to treat my illness.

The ER staff, nurses, and the Doctor on call this past Friday were great. They quickly got me back, and took care of me. They tested for everything they possibly could test for in the ER, to try and get answers for me. Although I still have a long road of doctors, and tests in the future to figure this out. I greatly appreciate everything each and every one of them did to try and help me. That was honestly the best care I have had since I was in Barnes Jewish Hospital last year. Thank you all so much!

The Secretary who checks you in at the ER desk is rude and uneducated! The nurse who takes you back into ER was rude ! Dressed as if she could not get her scrubs in the appropriate size , hers was obviously two sizes to small ! And her hair could definitely use a scrub down! Yet she spoke to me as if she was the queen of the world ! I will definitely go to Hayti from now on ! Also someone needs to send these two to a class on public behavior or manners ! Teach them how to act ! And it’s not like back woods hillbillies ! Or Neanderthals ! try not to be so rude and demanding! Spouting out orders ! We aren’t workers, beneath your command ! we are patients and our presence in your facility funds that paycheck that you receive ! Remember that !!!

Very rude staff!! I live 6 1/2 hours from my mother who is in bad health! Got a call from my brother, who is 2 1/2 hours away that she was being admitted to a hospital but he didn’t know which one, Piggott being the closest one I called them to try to ask if she was there. The lady on the phone was very RUDE and told me I needed to call someone else to find out about my own mother who was in their care last night but then ended up being transferred to an icu somewhere else!

I was highly disappointed with the services my mother received from this hospital. It took 5 hours to get test results back once I checked her in. It took over 24 hours before I was able to receive any updates. She was not even allowed to get up and use the rest room, with out waiting on a nurse which caused embarrassing accidents. I didn’t receive any feed back even after calling multiple times for an update. My mother & I were completely disappointed and we will never use this hospital agin.

What a fantastic group of professionals. I had to go to the emergency room this week. I had dangerously high blood pressure. I was taken right in and all of the staff in Piggott Community Hospital get five stars. If I could give them ten stars I would. Trevor did the preliminary interview and got me into an examination room. Five stars to Dr. Landfield who is obviously a highly experienced emergency room physician. Shelly looked after me while my situation was stabilized. Many other fantastic folks assisted. I can’t say enough about this outfit. These professionals see people everyday who are having one of the worst days in their lives. Crisis after crisis. Thank God they are there for us all. Thank you Piggott Community Hospital!!!
