Dr. Chris is amazing to work with. She not provides physical therapy, but has extensive knowledge in assisting new moms like me on the postpartum side. I have made tremendous progress thanks to her guidance. :) I only wish I had known about her when I was pregnant. I definitely would've inquired for care then!

I started working with Dr Cat when I was 2,5 year postpartum. I understood I could use a help from PT to help with some issues and to get my body back to normal after birth experience. I can't say enough good words about Dr Cat! She is very knowledgeable, caring, gentle. What I especially like she doesn't push you into anything you don't like or not ready for and personalize your PT and exercises according to the part of the recovery journey you are in now. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Catherine for the last 2 years and she is absolutely amazing. I saw 3 other physical therapists before coming to Pieton physical therapy and she was the only one to get results. She listened to me, took the time to understand what was going on and was able to fully rehab my shoulder (along with other issues along the way). I am a dentist and thought that I was going to have to quit my job but working with Dr. Catherine allowed me to not only continue doing what I love but also get in the best shape I've ever been in. I will forever be indebted to her. HIGHLY recommend, she is worth every penny!

I am so grateful for Pieton Physical Therapy and especially for Dr. Cat! She has been such a tremendous help in my postpartum season. She takes time to listen and shares a wealth of knowledge during her sessions. If I had known about pelvic floor therapy prior to getting pregnant I would have definitely gone for some sessions prior to delivery. Now that I know pelvic floor PTs can help with so much I am planning that when baby #2 comes around. Could not recommend Dr. Chris Pieton and Dr. Cat Fong enough!! 10/10!!

I saw Dr. Pieton for the first time at about 35 weeks pregnant. When I found out my baby was breech she provided unparalleled support and and was instrumental in my c-section recovery. From the first weeks of minor movement and basic recovery to being able to complete a 5k at 6 months post-partum, Dr. Pieton has been instrumental in my mental and physical well-being pre and post birth. I look forward to working with her in the years to come for anything PT related.

Dr. Chris is INCREDIBLE! She is kind, supportive, and so knowledgable about the pelvic floor and birthing peoples' experiences. I am so grateful to have had her on my pregnancy and postpartum support team and will always think fondly of my visits to her office during that time. I began seeing Dr. Chris for urinary incontinence during pregnancy and we quickly addressed that issue. She then supported me with modifying my workouts during pregnancy and giving me tools to support labor. At six weeks postpartum, I returned to her office and she supported me with how to move my body after birth. What I loved most about the exercises is that Dr. Chris weaves them into the movements we as birthing people are already doing on a daily basis, so it never felt like anything extra. I learned SO much about my body and the pelvic floor from Dr. Chris. And she always saw me as a human before seeing me as a patient. She was an emotional support when postpartum got tough. At one point I thought about stopping my appointments because I was worried about finances and didn't know if we could afford it. If that's a concern for you, I'd encourage you to seek out her online course as a more affordable option. In the end, I was so glad that I chose not to abandon my care with her because I think the short-term costs will have long-lasting benefits for my body and overall physical health.

Dr. Christine Pieton is an amazing pelvic floor PT. I was able to carry twins and heal from my c section surgery with her help and guidance. She is a great listener and is able to answer any and all questions. She also has 3D models to show you exactly what muscle groups she is talking about. She also put together movement plans for me which I truly believe helped my speedy recovery. I would highly recommend her for any service! You will not regret it!

I have loved the help I have received at Pieton physical therapy. Not only are they knowledge and professional, they are warm and encouraging, bringing awareness to my whole being rather than just the body part I am struggling with at any given moment. They are also happy to help me maintain my active lifestyle during recovery which has been huge for my mental health as I work on bodily health.
