My care team has been amazing. The first time I ever had surgery and they were great. Sitting at home right now feeling amazing the day after surgery. Dr. Heinlein is the best. Humble, but confident and very descriptive. I also didn’t feel rushed at any time! I’ve never been a big “Piedmont Fan”, but this team is changing my attitude towards them.

If you can find somewhere else to be treated you should. That will save you so much time and frustration. I’ve come to this place several times and the wait time with an appointment is outrageous! I’ve had to wait between 1-2 and half hours to been seen, after my appointment time. There is no consideration for your time. I called in advance to make sure they would be in time today since they are always late and they lied and said they were on time. I got here 30 mins before my appointment, waited in the lobby for and hour to be seen, then waited another 30 mins in the doctors office bearded the doctor came to see me. She spoke to me for all of 5 minutes and was done. I wish we could report these people to someone, I just don’t know who to report them to.

Imagine dealing with back pain for weeks because the only available appointment was weeks away, then they wait until the day of the appointment 45 minutes before your appointment to tell you they don’t accept your insurance! No regard for others & highly unprofessional. Front desk clerk was not at all welcoming or inviting seemed as if she were being bothered having to deal with a patient RUN crawl walk do whatever you have to to get far away from this place!

Very disappointed in this practice. I made an appointment two weeks ago as a new patient only to be called as I was five minutes away to be notified that the appointment was cancelled. Apparently, the physician they scheduled me with did not cover the issue I was having and the physician who did cover it was already booked up for the day. I had driven 30 minutes to this appointment and taken time off work. There was no apology or an offer to fit me in.

This place is horrible! Do not take your children there! My daughter hurt her foot when she was knocked off a paddle board. The lady at the call center told me the paperwork from the urgent care would be sufficient then when I got there they said they needed a referral from her pediatrician. Thankfully they were able to get it faxed right over. We waited over two hours, My daughter was in pain and limping but they didn’t offer a boot, brace hell I would’ve been satisfied with an ace bandage. The Dr was in the room for less than 5 minutes & said “nothing’s broken” two days later and a visit to children’s healthcare of Atlanta said otherwise. My daughter’s ANKLE is BROKEN!!! Horrible horrible horrible. If I could leave 0000 stars I would!!!

Doctor Parti was talking over me and not listening to all of my concerns, nor did they run any tests on my back nor took an MRI. Told them I had sciatic symptoms and that my hip was numb but stated in my paper that I did not mention it. Told them I was in pain. All I was prescribed was more anti-inflammatory (and I told them they were not working) so I will still be hurting. but they did make sure the physical therapy they referred me to accepted my insurance. They rushed to get me in and out. Do not recommend!

The whole appointment was very much so rushed. Dr.Parti Didn’t acknowledge any of my concerns, and she would try to finish my sentences. Do not recommend going here as you can tell by the Other reviews .

Our experience started on a positive noted from the moment I spoke with Angela while making the appointment. She went out of her way to try to get my Son an appointment. It was a complicated situation since he is away at college and out-of-state, and needed an appointment quickly and on a particular day. The PA (Shelby) made this happen as well. We were/are very grateful! At the appointment every single staff member was kind and friendly. It must be a positive place to work. The PA was very thorough in the explanation of what the problems could be. We both greatly appreciated how she handled all explanations to what could be going on, and explaining the process, even explaining the insurance process. The nursing staff were helpful as well, even calling the radiology department to find out if they had weekend hours, which wasn't her job, but it was very helpful. Also, the office was modern and clean. Our overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be using this office for all of our orthopedic issues in the future.
