Do not go to Piedmont Orthopedics, ORTHO-ATLANTA A waste of my time. On June 10th, 2024 I had an 1:40 pm appointment with Ashna Parti. I get there before my appointment time. No one was there to greet me. I signed in and a lady in black asked if I signed in. She proceeded to ask for money after giving her my name. I waited thirty minutes. I asked how much longer because the last time they were over booked. So I intentionally got there earlier. They over book like it is a free clinic. The parking situation is terrible. So therefore after you find parking spot even handicap, you will still have a long walk to elevator to go up to the fourth floor. No one available to help. They yell your name out like it's the free clinic. I sit observing and listening to everyone's business from the type of insurance, Medicare, medicaid, workers compensation to how much they owe. This is extremely unprofessional. Thirty minutes later than my appointment time my name was called and the young asked me if I had my MRI. I told her no one ever called me to schedule me for an MRI. She said hold a minute. I am still at the front counter. Now everyone listening to my personal business. The last visit she recommended me to get pernisodne. I really didn't care for it but it had been two weeks and I still had back pain so I inquired about it. The young lady came back and said the doctor doesn't prescribe pain medication. She proceeds to hand me a sticky note with a number for Stockbridge MRI. I told them I had called twice and no one returned my call. I wanted to see who they used for physical therapy. Front desk lady goes it just right across the hall. When you go back they will give you the information. I said I googled physical therapy and made an appointment with Drayer's since no one here can answer the phone here. The office manager asked me to come to one of the rooms to talk to me. She I'm sorry for the confusion and I said I know you're sorry but that doesn't help my back pain. She said you can leave... Bottom line... I never seen the doctor and I will never go back.

Had a terrible experience here. They emphasized not prescribing meds even when you’re in serious pain. Rushed me in and rushed me out. Pretty much down played my injury and told me to go to physical therapy. Charged me $300 just for that nonsense. Go to a really doctor, not dr. Parti

My appointment was scheduled for 3:45pm I was not called to the back until after 4pm, That of course was not the issue I don't mind waiting because I understand I am not the only patient in need of care. My concern was with Ashna Parti DO, the appointment was rushed she did not listen her response was short, and she was very dismissive. When I begin to explain to her that I was diagnose with a condition she interrupted me before I could finish my sentence and she stated you are not here for your back you are here for your neck. I told her I am aware of that, but the pain is radiating down my shoulders, and I periodically have pain in my back. Her explanation of my x-ray was brief and very vague almost as if she didn't review it prior to coming in the room. I am disappointed and I will not be back no one should have to endure treatment like this.

I’m giving this doctor one star because my legs and lower left back been hurting since 2021. I’ve been going to the hospital I guess they don’t know what’s going on they say my sciatic nerve is hurt and I was just in the hospital last week they said I need a shot they sent me to this doctor she saying I need an MRI. My Medicare just paid 300 and something dollars she saying I gotta pay $144 Plus 31 cents Gave me another prescription for gabapentin that I just had from the hospital two weeks ago or last week that I got from the hospital then I asked her to write me a note because I work at Amazon so I don’t stand up for 10 hours. Let me work for six hours. She told me she can’t write a note like that. I won’t be going back there first impressions are best impression and she didn’t give me what I was looking for , may help other people but wasn’t helpful for me. she writes me a letter to take to my job, saying light Duties for stand, and sit for a certain amount of time throughout 10 hours, which job is gonna allow you to do that on they time GOD BLESS wasn’t for me

Staff was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns. Dr. Parti is awesome, she fully listened to what has been happening since my last visit a few months ago and she gave me several options that could help me get better. We together weighed the pros and cons of each option and then decided on the best option for me at this time. Wonderful people and would recommend them to everyone!

Greeted with pleasantries at the reception desk. Would have liked the young lady taking my blood pressure to introduce herself and her role (tech or nurse). She was thorough and pleasant none the less. Dr. Parti is very nice and she listens; incorporating my opinion into the plan of care. Environment was quiet and clean.

Doctor is first rate as are her technicians. They NEED to address the front desk women. They are beyond complacent in their jobs, not Piedmont expectations at all. Doc and Tech = 10 Front desk staff of two = 2

I've been a regular patient since 2007 and would never go to any other Orthopedic Doctor's Office. They treat you as if you're family and never rush you through, they always listen and show the deepest amount of care and concern.
