I want to say the staff here is phenomenal! They have become family to us and my grandmother who has been there for 9 years. I know she is loved. When the staff comes in and expresses their condolences and then tells stories of my grandmother over the years has been nice. Those are things a family needs when going through watching a family member pass.

All the staff is friendly and they do what they can for you. Most of them have worked there for years. Yeah, it's like a well oiled machine. Dr. Ulrich listens, has good advice and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They was good for a while but now they have treated my dad who is not in his right mind like a man who is a treat to people I would not recommend this place to no one the D.O.N. likes to spet out lie's she is a disgrace to the nursing world

Hallways constantly smell like feces and urine. Staff is overworked and underpaid. My wife worked in a different nursing home for years and never did I smell consistent excrement when visiting her there. They could do so much better but it doesn't seem like they care to improve.

Staff couldn't have been better. It was the best place my Nana could have been, outside of her own home. Forever grateful.

I got there at 5 minutes till closing, and couldn't find any one to ask about therapy.Mom was suppose to stay for 21days,but we had to take her out because after we had to make apt. Just to see her and that bothered me anyways you should be able to go there any time day or night,Abuse ,Neglect!Thank God no one hit her 3red shift nurse hollered at her,but she was neglected, Was never once given a bath the smell,omg never even taken to therapy sat in room 24 /7. Personally wouldn't send my dog there.

I liked having my doctor within walking distance. But, they have moved my doctor TWICE now, from this location. So, I'll be looking for a medical professional at a fixed location. A fixed location other than this one. Obviously, those of us who had depended upon being able to visit our doctor at this location, can't trust those who were temporarily sending nurse practitioners there, to leave a good thing alone. Thankfully, some of us don't have to report to a certain address for treatment, just because the "powers that be" say so. This is close enough to Georgia, that, those who I've heard good things about, can be given a chance to prove that they're as flexible yet reliable, as I've been told they are.

Love the staff and Dr. Nolan Ulrich. Dr. Nolan has a wonderful bed side manner! We have been going to see him for years.♥️
