I had a full knee replacement surgery done on April 17th, of 2024. I can not begin to tell you how steller and amazing my trainers were! Karl: He is absolutely by far the kindest most compassionate gentleman and absolutely brilliant at his job! His enteraction is very caring kind and fun! He is super knowledgeable patient and a brilliant therapist. Allie: She is absolutely brilliant and has some of the best excersizes and work out that I have taken home with me!! She's super knowledgeable caring and I love how she makes me want to succeed! Her caring personality makes it so fun and exciting to come to P.T. She knows how to get the best results out of people who are serious about regaining their health! She by far is one of the best! Steve: So amazing brilliant and the full package of what you need to be a success and to heal. He is a fantastic up and coming author and he has a new book out called: Remember Your the Hero!! You can purchase om Amazon Prime! Steve along with this book is a wealth of knowledge on how to recover from a very painful surgery!! He gave me so much to use at home to keep getting into shape! I highly recommend all three of these amazing therapist and this facility!! I miss going in two times a week and I love them all!

On 6/18/24 I called to schedule an appointment to transfer my care from my PCP to them as my PCP no longer with the company I went to. I spoke with a lady and she said they do accept patient to transfer a care. I wanted to schedule an appointment for July 9 as my last APF appointment was back on 6/10. She supposedly scheduled it and I marked it on my calendar. I also ask to schedule massage therapy as well as I got authorization for 6 visits. She said she would need to contact my case manager for authorization and she would call me back. I provided all information to her including case number and case manager information. 2 days later, which is today, and I didn't hear back. I called and another person answer and told me I don't have a file or if I called the right place. At this point, I felt like my personal information is jeopardize. I was transfer to another person and she said if I had the referral sent over.... I reminded her that when we spoke, she said she wouldn't take my letter of authorization I received from the case manager and she would need to contact them herself to verify and she will call me back to confirm and schedule it. She brushed it off like she didn't understand and insist I have a referral sent over. I didn’t know I need a referral for seeing a medical provider for non-specialty. With such dysfunctional in their front office, I don't want to complicate my case anymore and end up not fighting back and go with another provider elsewhere.

They are faster and easier to deal with than Virginia Mason hospital. They take the time to work with your specific problem. I feel better and stronger before I was hurt. The best part is, they are always happy to see you! You’re not just another person rolling through.

If I could leave no stars I'd leave that DO NOT COME HERE then will basically trap you into spending a lot of money they are sneaky said the entire process was going to be 250 made me pay up front so you have to pay whatever else they want checked a couple boxes and 2 blood tests later and now I'm paying OVER 500 FOR THAT! This place basically robbed me and I am very pissed I hope karma gets them back in the worst way because one thing I despise in this world is taking Advantage of this world everyone and even the doctor in there can burn in hell for all I care STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY Replying to this blatant lie you are telling you don't even know who I am and no you did not explain any of the things you are saying nope i don't even know who you are so nice try on trying to save face but all that you said was not true again taking advantage of people and not telling them straight up before you pay and giving them an option instead of being vague saying 250 for a consultant you guys are bloodsucking money hungry people and karma will come for you all try again

I have been going to PhysioHea;th for 6 months, in that time everyone has gone above and beyond in helping me with my issue and dealing with Labor and Industries. They supported my decision not to have surgery and gave me the tools to build my strength, therefor I could return to my job. It was also a relief to be able to attend all of my appointments in one location. from my Doctor, Chiropractor, Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy, I didn't have to worry about driving all over for these appointments. I also utilized their Work Conditioning program which was a massive help in getting me back to work. PhysioHealth is a team, from all the wonderful Ladies at the front desk to both Doctors and to all the amazing Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist and Massage Therapist, they work hard to get you back to the life you want. I truly can't thank them enough, I can continue changing lives with my job because of them. I also can return to the mountains. Thank YOU.

I started with physical therapy and was very happy with the results. After I finished physical therapy I was recommended to join the work rehabilitation program. The progress has been very good. Great program to join the therapist makes a program to help you get back to work.

Everyone is so great and helpful. From the front staff to the attending physicians to the back staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they truly care about filing your paperwork correctly and providing you the care you need!

Very quick and professional dot physical! My blood pressure was too high because I drank a coffee they put me in a message chair for 15 minutes and it went down! Great service in and out in an hour will return for my next dot physical.
