Physio Med Outpatient Rehab

I was more than excited to get an appointment with Kim at Physio Med and I was not disappointed. Kim was superb as my pt for my Lymphedema in my legs. The staff was friendly and prompt when getting me in for my appointments. And, my husband and I absolutely loved meeting Penny the resident doodle. This facility gets my 5 stars. Highly recommended. I wanted to say thank you to Physio Med for the therapy services I received recently through June, not only at the Leesburg location for OT but also the Lady Lake location for PT. Gina, Nancy and Mike were most helpful and encouraged me through my therapy for a broken arm and nerve surgery. They became more than therapists as we talked of family and friends. They were caring, patient and attentive to helping me recover. With their help I now have put together a daily schedule of most all the exercises taught me. I am now able to use what we worked on to continue with my healing. Additionally, the office staff was kind and courteous to everyone. They were friendly and accommodating if schedules needed changing. I would highly recommend Physio Med to anyone needing OT/PT for their therapy services and to the dedicated therapists who are the greatest!

Physio Med in Leesburg is staffed with excellent therapists who are caring, compassionate and superbly qualified to handle a wide variety of physical ailments. In addition to in-house treatment my husband was given home exercises to do in between office visits. After three months of working with Nancy and Nick to improve his strength and balance he is much stronger, more balanced and generally in better shape with a much improved outlook. He has carried on with his home workout routine and is continuing to improve. The facility is clean, the workout areas are sanitized after each user, and Shayna is a star from check-in to fielding phone calls, to scheduling and keeping things running smoothly. In addition, everyone seems to keep to the schedule and we never waited more than 5 minutes for our appointment. If your doctor refers you to Physio Med you can be assured that, if you put forth the effort, you will improve. Thank you Physio Med. You have helped to make our lives better.

Highly recommend going here. It's clean. Get called in on time for your appointment. Shayna is a great patient representative, super helpful and professional. I see Mary Jo as my therapist and she is absolutely wonderful. I see her for pelvic floor physical therapy and she is really helping me improve on my symptoms and giving me confidence. I started Physical Therapy here after having a total knee replacement. I absolutely love everything about this place! First of all, Mary Jo is an amazing Therapist! She is knowledgeable, encouraging, understanding and very hands on. She really is a gentle healer! Secondly, therapy here is one on one. The therapist stays with the patient throughout the whole session. Lastly, but very importantly, all the therapists I’ve seen working there have been extremely patient and understanding with everyone, especially the elderly! I highly recommend PhysioMed! It is a place for healing!

Be prepared to wait. Never on time with there scheduled appointments. No one greets you even though there is a receptionist. It’s nice to be acknowledged and would be nice if they told you how late they are running. Therapist are good but the waiting times are frustrating. update and reply to my review. I am a past patient, but my parents are both patients and I was with my father the day I left my review. Your therapist are good and don't want anyone to think differently. Many people feel the same way as I do when you are made to wait and appointment times are rarely met. Communication from the receptionist is what I was frustrated about. Just wanted a little eye contact or an acknowledgment that we were there and it would have been great if the receptionist would have said something to the effect of "thank you for being here, we are running behind and we will be with you as soon as possible." Thank you again for taking the time to respond.

My Physical Therapy experience was very positive. Everyone there was professional, friendly and prompt. Brian, my therapist, was patient and kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me learn how to decrease my pain level significantly. Even when I got frustrated, he calmly reassured me that change would become more naturally with time, and it did. By the end of my eight weeks, twice weekly sessions I feel like I can continue to use what I learned every day in my daily activities.
