Extremely terrible customer service. They don't answer their phone or return messages. One of the representatives - Ms. FREDA SIMON is very rude, unfriendly, and weird. She provides extremely bad customer service. When she talks to the members of PMGSJ on the phone, she always addressed them as "MY DEAR, MY LOVE" in a sarcastic tone. She does not talk or act in a professional manner. That makes everyone who talks to her feels very uncomfortable. FREDA appears not to have too much knowledge about PMGSJ's program and she often unable to answer the members' questions. All of us really don't like her. We wonder why she is still allowed to continue to work there.

I was having major problems with authorization and referrals, I made one call to them today, and the lady I spoke with cleared up everything I had issues with and very nice,knowledgeable , glad I called them

Dr is great but the staff is horrible. The lady name Frida should not be working as customer service with that nasty attitude. She can’t multitask and hangs up and doesnt answer the phone after. Waste of payroll.

New to the area and was referred to a primary doctor that was associated with PMG of San Jose . I was actually very satisfied with the service. I've dealt with other medical groups and PMG is one of the better ones. They approved my referral to a specialist very quickly and Janet from member service was very helpful and friendly.

I have found the physicians and staff at PMG of San Jose to be extremely professional, friendly, courteous and available when I called. Referrals for needed specialist care were approved immediately and care. I am definitely staying with my physicians and this medical group.

Choosing PMG for my dad was the best decision. I have to say we have never had a problem finding care for him, from primary care to cardiology, the group has a great network of doctors and are always available to help facilitate his authorizations and approvals based on his complex medical needs.

They don't pick up calls nor have the courtesy to reply to emails or voice mail.

I am a new member of PMG of San Jose. My new doctor is intelligent and a great listener. She referred me to an outstanding specialist for my knee pain. Great medical group.
