Physicians Health Center - Kendall Medical Center

Thursday, June 13, 2024 I had a slip and fall at work and I was reported here to have a physical examination. I was all good and able to return to work the next day. Dr. Gonzalez, Miss Brianna, Miss Miley and staff thank you so much for your Kindness, sincere, caring, and concern to making me feel better.

The worst experience ever!! It was at Doral physians health care center located in 36 st nw 62 ave! The worst customer service ever,we wait 4 hours That was craaazy,we just got there at 10 oclock and they called me 2 hours past,and then when we finish we have to wait 2 more hours for the results to be ok,and that was because i went to the window and ask for my papers,the papers were ready a long time ago,and they did not call me at all,a few people left because of the time that they been waiting! I was very frustrated and very upset,i consider they have to do something about it to do the process more convinience for the patients and they have to training to have a good customer service.

Had to go to Physican Health Center due to an injury at work. Everyone one there are super nice. The doctors were amazing an very caring. The staff are amazing. I left my wedding band in the ex Ray room and Lizet was so nice to call me to let me know she had my ring and that she would bring it to my home. This was so nice of her. This place was amazing. Thank you everyone

Came to the office to complete a pre employment screening and the office staff from the front the back were excellent! Lizet, the nurse who attended me was super friendly, very informative and made the whole process seamless and straightforward. She provided excellent customer service and the doctor and other medical staff were all pleasant and very nice to be with. Fully recommend this center!

This is the most pleasant doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. The front office staff are always welcoming and kind. Everyone is so efficient that I never have to wait long to be helped. I love that the doctors there listen to you and are very thorough with treatment. And not yo mention Lizet ( the tech) is makes my day day with here caring , comforting and friendly personality. She always says something to brighten your day!

Had an appointment at the Kendall office for Pre Op work up and the entire staff from front desk staff, all nursing staff & all of medical staff were great very attentive, professional & knowledgeable. Especially my nurse Lizet she was amazing so professional and kind thank you so much for the treatment I received at your medical center.

Had a recent visit for a physical examination, which was made very quick and seamless by the PHC team. My lovely Tech Lizet to care of me along with Dr. Thompson and made the whole visit very efficient and comfortable. Would definitely return for future check ups!
