Physician's Clinic

Appointment was at 1:45. We left the exam room at 3:10. Nurse came in and took vitals. Waited for 1 hour & 15 min. in exam room. Not acceptable at all. If I didn't need to be seen by a Dr. I wouldn't have wasted my time. My time is as valuable as his. I understand there are other patients to be seen. But someone could have at least come in & let us know how much longer it would be. Unacceptable!

Brittany from the front desk is always so nice to me and has a smile appreciate it when I go in an right from the start it makes me feel better with her kindness 😊

There is a gal there who said that they would take my medicare card before they would take my military card. But would not use my medicare card. I know folks from Prairie Grove whose medicare cards work fine here. She thinks that she is GOD! I thank God that she isn't over the emergency on the north side of the Stilwell hospital.

Nurses are slow and rude Receptionists are slow and rude The nurses are told what to do and they dont do it I have been waiting for my meds to be called in since yesterday at 330 pm It is now the next day 206 pm And when I called the nurse called back and she was rude And called in wrong meds So here I am still waiting With no gas in my car to leave and then return to the pharmacy

Everyone treated me very nice there. I saw Dr. Landge there and never had to wait long to see him.

They just do not care any more. They don't call to let you know they had to cancel your appointments. So done with this place
