I'm very happy going to therapy there. The staff treats me like family from the moment I step in til I leave. Shout out to ChaCha, she's the best.

I recently visited Physicians Choice for treatment, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The office itself was dated and felt messy, which was not a welcoming start to my appointments. During my first assessment, which lasted only 20 minutes, I was asked basic questions about my health and underwent a few measurements. The PT asked what I was looking for in a PT office and I informed him that I wanted someone to do a full body assessment to help address the real root cause of my back and neck pain instead of only treating where the pain was manifesting. I don't think he even listened to my answer because he immediately went to address where the pain was instead of trying to figure out why I was in pain. After the assessment, I was given 15 minutes of e-stim therapy, and after was handed six pages of exercises with no explanations or demonstrations. As someone new to physical therapy, I found this lack of guidance frustrating and confusing. The PT didn't even tell me what the exercises were trying to correct. The exercises were very basic and seemed like something I could easily find on YouTube or Instagram. My second appointment was even more disappointing. I was taken directly to a treatment room and received 20 minutes of e-stim therapy. The physical therapist did not ask me if I had completed any of the assigned exercises or even if the exercises were helping. This lack of personalized care left me feeling like I'd just been scammed out of over $200 for two 30 minutes appointments, Overall, my experience was very poor and I canceled future appointments. I won't be going back and would not recommend this office unless they undergo a major overhaul.

Thumbs up to Cha Cha and Sandy. I went to Physicians Choice Physical Therapy limping due to lower back pain. Thanks to the care I have received I am no longer limping and can now walk at a brisk pace.

I've had a good experience here. My injury is doing a lot better, over time it has begun to hurt a lot less.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place set back my pre-teen daughter's recovery by months. They don't bother to even inform themselves of the patient's diagnosis and proceed with generic exercises that do not take into account the actual injury. Watching the sessions I would frequently ask if it was appropriate or helpful. Several times they did not even know what they were treating. It got so bad that I took a photo of the therapist staring out the window, totally disinterested, instead of watching my daughter's exercise. They were meant to help my daughter cross the finish line to recovery, instead they set her back both physically and mentally. It was a completely demoralizing and useless experience. Thankfully we went to another physical therapy office where they actually care for their patients.

This is not a place to be healed. Front desk staff are absolutely awful. They won't book appointments even when you have authorizations from your insurance and then belittle you when you ask them to do their job. They deserve to go out of business.
