PhysicalOne Plantation

Started on May 6th, 2024 with a broken right femur and walking with a walker. Today I don’t need any assistance walking and now I am learning how to go up the stairs thanks to the great physical therapist at this location. They have helped me recover after my injury really quickly. Each visit I learn something new, and I practice at home with the app they have. 10/10 recommend this location for physical therapy.

Excellent experience here so far. Friendly and professional staff. I was a bit nervous walking in on day one with my injury, and what could be done to improve my shoulder. Today was session three and I can already notice a huge improvement in range of motion. Doctor Amit and their team of therapists have me excited about my recovery, and it's boosted my confidence. Thank you PhysicalOne, from reception to PT team, you guys are awesome! You have been truly instrumental in me regaining my mobility and strength in just 4 weeks after shoulder surgery. You work together like a well oiled machine, monitoring and progressing the exercises systematically while keeping things interesting and even fun😁 Thank you for recommending adding the laser treatments which drastically improved one ROM sticking point, and the tailored exercises accessed through your app kept me accountable at home💪 You guys really care, not just about the rehab issue, but making sure we are moving well overall, which is a testament to your respect of true health and wellness. I’m so grateful to Sebastian, Travis, Angie, Chris and Inbol for all their kindness and guidance. They are all dedicated to each patient’s recovery and competently help them achieve success. I have been to other PT’s and PhysicalOne’s holistic approach is the best. My whole body feels better when I leave after each appointment. The app they provide with exercise videos assures that you’re doing exercises correctly at home. My heartfelt thanks to all at PhysicalOne. I want to also mention Anneliese, Joanna, Jackie and Martha. These women do a fabulous job in the front office. They always have a smile and warm greeting, and send out helpful reminders for each session. They provide a welcoming atmosphere which sets a positive tone right from the start.

Recently I underwent a right shoulder arthroscopy to repair rotator cuff tear. My upper extremity was immobilized with a sling for six weeks. I developed significant loose of range of motion associated with shoulder pain. I was fortunate to start physiotherapy at “Physical one” therapy center. Dr Colette Amit provided me with the most comprehensive systemic approach , working on my shoulder within few sessions my shoulder got great improvement in range of motion and most of my shoulder pain subsided. Additional treatment using Laser therapy has great improvement with pain control. I highly recommend Physical one therapy center for comprehensive. Physiotherapy . Can’t recommend enough. When I first found Physical One, I couldn’t bend my leg past 30 degrees and was on crutches due to two invasive knee surgeries. My surgeon was sure I was going to need a third procedure to regain normal flexion. In just ONE month, I was walking normally and regained my flexion to 140 degrees. Now I’m making remarkable progress in regaining balance and strength (this was after not being able to use my leg for 4 months). Dr. Colette, Angie, Liz, Sebastian— and even the PT techs, Inbal and Chris, are responsible for my speedy recovery. They are extremely knowledgable, patient, professional yet warm, and dedicated to your recovery. Even the front desk staff is 10/10, always smiling and ready to help.

I called yesterday with a request to see a physical therapist as soon as possible due to a vertigo situation, and had my appointment today (!!!). From the minute I got the call to come in until I left the office, everything was excellent. The office staff was welcoming, and Colette’s treatment was great! I left without the dizziness I came in with. With just a few movements of my neck, the problem was solved. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Highly recommend:)

I think that too many people falsely believe that they will just have to "settle in" and "get used to" the discomforts, of the aches and pains of "maturing" as I did. I couldn't have been more wrong. Currently we have worked thru from the pains of "maturing" to today, where I am feeling great and healing. I have now gained the knowledge, (it finally sunk in) as to why I should take the time to continue using the techniques I was taught so as to feel amazing any where I go. And if any new issues ever do occur, I very much look foward to visiting the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Physical One.
