I am a physician and my wife is a physician faculty here in SoCal. I had a hip replacement in Oct and finally found Physical Therapyworks when I was ready for rehab. They are fantastic. Joe was my PT and he is an expert at rehab from injury or orthopedic surgery. I have just had my last appointment and am virtually back to normal. I cannot recommend anyone or any facility more than this place. The office staff was excellent and took care of billing my insurance scheduling my appointments. The experience was great in every way!

I have been a patient of physical therapyworks for 3 years now, having solved a variety of injuries, from arthroscopic knee surgery to pulling a muscle in the gym. I cannot recommend this business enough - it is the epitome of what is great about small business. Personal and attentive care from all the staff who remember you and make you feel cared for, and treatment that is personalized (shout out to Luck, Carole and Joe). They also design their treatment around truly diagnosing and listening to patients concerns. While I hope to avoid future injury, I always look forward to seeing my friends at PTW.

Physical therapy works is easily the best PT I've ever worked with. I've had to go to a lot of PT over the last 15 years due to various issues, however, PTW has really changed my opinion on the value of PT. John, Luck, Mo, and everyone else on the team genuinely care about their patients and are invested in helping improve the quality of life. I've found a lot of PTs to just cycle as many patients through as quickly as possible, but PTW is different. They give as much time and attention as needed and it really has made a difference in my recovery. Highly recommend this place.

John and the entire team at Physical Therapyworks are amazing, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I had extensive shoulder surgery (open Latarjet, involving bone transplanting and tendon reconfiguration) in December, and after only three months, the range of motion and strength in my shoulder are essentially back to normal. This is shocking because the doctor indicated that normal recovery time for this procedure is at least six months, and up to a year. John's method feels safe and highly effective - I have full confidence in him. I was treated like family at the clinic and am so grateful I found them.

John and team are a group of hardworking, knowledgeable, and most importantly, compassionate people. They take their work very seriously, listen to their patients, and create plans for action that are personal and effective. I've been doing physical therapy for two herniated discs in my cervical spine for about 3 months, and have progressed from extreme pain, numbness, and loss of almost all strength in my left upper body, to no pain and about 80% strength re-gained (and continuing to progress!). I've done physical therapy at 3 different clinics for various injuries previously, and the level of treatment at PT Works is head and shoulders above the rest. If you are on the Westside and need treatment for any type of pain or injury you'd be crazy not to choose PT Works.

I'll just start with saying how BIG of a difference a knowledgable and well-versed Physical Therapist can make when you are injured. I have been to many PT offices around the country for various injuries and this place has been by far the best out of the bunch. Luck Ong, the office admin, was very attentive and caring about my needs. She seemed to know everything about my billing questions and was very professional about the paperwork. Chris Kwon was my physical therapist and I was so grateful to have him work on my shoulder and knee (car accident). A few weeks with him left me feeling much more mobile and pain-free compared to months of PT at other places. He along with the wonderful PT-Aid Kate were awesome throughout all of my visits. This place provides exceptional, personalized care, with highly-skilled physical therapists and I can't thank them enough. Only wish other places would provide the service these guys do!

John and his team are fantastic. They spent over an hour developing a better sense of my concerns—diagnosing an issue I’ve had for 20 years but didn’t know could be identified—let alone alleviated. Didn’t know much about PT before walking in and only wish I’d known to find them sooner.
