Physical Therapy Today

I got my 2nd total knee surgery April 8th. First of all I thank Jehovah God for the way he designed our body to heal itself. Also thanks to Dr. Headrick for taking pride in his work. Lastly I am so grateful for the excellent job the professionals at the Littlefield clinic did for my recovery. The whole staff for that matter. The TLC I received is what all the patients experience. You are encouraged to ask questions and let them know your concerns. With my 2nd TKR surgery my knee and calf were more swollen than my 1st surgery. I had like one therapist said, " the colors of the rainbow". They addressed my concerns and put me at ease. After 6 weeks of recovery I am happy to be able to go back to work but at the same time sad that I won't be seeing the awesome staff at Littlefield PTT. Keep up the good work. Love ya'll ??.

Staff is extremely rude. My wife went here for the sole purpose of recieving dry-needling because it isn't offered in our town. Her physical therapist over the next week repeatedly called her (even during college exams) and her doctor saying she needs to be seen twice a week when we made it clear that we can't afford to go more than we are now, so what is their solution? To call use 2 hours before our appointment and tell us that if we show up she will refuse us as a patient. Afterwards we attempted to reach out to management for a resolution and was hung up on multiple times. Best part is that when we got dry needling done she was not paying attention and stuck the needle in the wrong place leading to bruising along the back of my wife's neck. If you have any other option for physical therapy, absolutely go there! If management wants I can upload the recorded calls to YouTube for their viewing pleasure.

I have used this facility for almost a year now due to back pain the staff has always and i mean always been professional and courteous. Never have i had any problems. I simply love it here they are the best.
