The team at Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is great! I have used them for several injuries over the years and have always had a successful recovery. The office works efficiently to get patients in on time and complete the treatment! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I can’t say enough about them!

I have been going to therapy for about 6 weeks and have noticed great improvements with my issue. Everyone at Physical therapy and sports medicine is friendly and knowledgeable. The front staff...Melissa, Sean and Cindy...greet everyone by name and are welcoming and helpful. The staff gets you in on time and go right to work on you. I don't believe I have ever seen such a happy place to work...everyone loves Pete and they have high standards of care which I attribute to his guidance and vision. A special shout out to my therapist Ali who has been taking care of me since day one. Even the music played there is great!!! I would highly recommend that if you need PT this is the best place to go. So glad I chose Physical therapy and sports medicine!!!!

Everyone is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I have been bringing my nine year old son and all the therapists do a great job of keeping him comfortable, while still gently instructing him to do the exercises properly and effectively. He is greeted by therapists with a smile and he loves that they all remember his name. Highly recommend!

I just finished my round of physical therapy with Steph. She is awesome at her profession!!! In addition to that the entire crew at PTSMC Watertown are very professional, friendly and helpful. I was always impressed with how well they all worked together. The schedule always seemed to be on time and definitely ran smoothly. They also have a cleaning protocol that is followed meticulously. PTSMC Watertown sets a high standard to be followed. I will confidently recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to Steph and the whole team for a very positive experience.

I have been going to the Watertown location since 2006 and it has been the best Physical therapy place I’ve have ever been to. They don’t just help you heal your body they help heal your mind. They make it fun and I consider them an extension of my family. My husband and I are leaving the state to move closer to our children and I can truly say, I will miss them very much!!

Staff is friendly and professional. They take time to listen to patients concerns and they are very knowledgeable. Also, they are very up to date with new treatments. Front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend

The therapists and everyone at this facility is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have also been very understanding and accomodating of immune compromised clients and their needs.

The therapists and staff are professional and friendly. They are observant and helpful as well. The therapists that work directly with me are motivating and encouraging. In the 3 hours I am there each week, there never appears to be a staff member who is not busy attending to patients' needs. Everyone is always actively working. There is lively, happy conversation going on among staff and clients. The facility is constantly being cleaned and sanitized. Immediately after a patient leaves a used area, that area or the tools they used are sanitized. The facility is decorated neatly to reflect the season/holidays. PTSMC is highly recommended.
