I came here because they had the soonest available appointment despite twice the distance than the nearest to me. After my initial visit I didn't think twice about staying with this office throughout my rehabilitation. Several different personalities, all pleasant, friendly, and professional. The office was super understanding and accommodating when I had 2 occasions where last minute cancelations or needed to flex my appointment time. If I ever have to run another course of PT, this is where you'll find me. Thanks to all!

This was my first time going to physical therapy and it has been the most wonderful experience so far! I have been going here for the past month, and each visit has been so positive. Tom and the entire staff are all welcoming and considerate to ensure that you feel comfortable and safe during your healing journey. They are all well knowledged and friendly. I have learned so much about my injury and body in the short time that I have visited. You can tell how close and trusting the staff are with their clients because of all the laughter that fills the air. I highly recommend anyone considering physical therapy to visit here, as I’m sure it’ll be a positive experience for all.

I was referred to a Physical Therapist by my Neurosurgeon due to pain from my L5 / S1 disc. I requested that the referral be sent to Tom at PTSMC because I've had great experiences with other sessions. Tom took about 15 minutes of LISTENING to the history of my problem and deduced it was not my disc, but an issue with something else. He immediately described what he believed was causing my pain and explained HOW he would be able to help me. Thoroughly explaining what he was about to do, he made an "adjustment" in my pelvic bones and I felt immediate relief. We then decided to take the exercise and stretching approach for the next 2 weeks. After 4 sessions and plenty of home workouts, I'm happy to say that I'm feeling awesome!! Thanks to Tom and his staff for caring and compassionate treatment that worked! I will continue to refer all friends and family to Tom and his staff.

I went to Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center in Putnam, CT with an oblique strain and back issues. I was thoroughly evaluated and provided with stretching exercises that I could do at home . It was easy to schedule appointments that fit my schedule. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If my back issues return, I'll call them again.

My son started seeing Micaela when he was 3 months old until recently when he graduated; Which was bitter sweet because Micaela is the absolute best! She helped my son tremendously and I am so grateful he was able to work with her, she was always very thorough and made sure to explain everything. Whenever my son would meet a milestone we were working on she would get just as excited as I would, you can tell she has such a passion for what she does! Everyone else is great as well, they always had a smile on their face and it’s just a great atmosphere to be in!

5/5 stars. Extremely friendly staff running a well oiled machine! Appointments run on time, consistently. The whole team here knows what they are doing and makes me feel like I receive the care I need to recover. Highly recommend.

I came to PTSMC after my foot surgery due to previous experience with the staff there. They are pleasant, knowledgeable and very supportive in your rehabilitation efforts. They constantly strive for excellence! I would recommend them for any of your rehabilitation needs.

I highly recommend PTSMC of Putnam, I am currently being treated for post-op Achilles tendonitis. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Twice a week PT has me on the road to recovery and feeling stronger everyday. The staff takes the time to hear my issues and address them. Can't say enough positive things about the center. Always a smile and friendly greet on arrival and making sure I am good to go when leaving. I was also treated for Achilles tendonitis before surgery, a truly wonderful group of professionals.
