This is the best physical therapy clinic I've been to! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They're very organized and make you feel right at home. After just a few visits, my chronic arm pain was significantly reduced.

I have had an excellent experience at PTSMC so far. My therapist Fred really listened to me and understood how I felt at the initial evaluation. His treatment has definitely worked so far The staff up front is particularly kind and very accommodating with scheduling. A very friendly environment.

Everyone here is very kind and encouraging. I was at my lowest both mentally and physically and my ego would get bruised early on because I had lost so much muscle due to an illness and couldnt lift a fraction of what I could in the past. I say all this because they were very non-judgmental and assured me its perfectly human to be weak after an illness or injury and I appreciated it!

Fred is my therapist who has treated me since Jan '24 for a TMJ mouth problem. As of now I am much improved!! He & staff very competent & friendly. I highly recommend them.

My physical therapist Rick is the best! He is not only good at his job but he is such an optimistic person as well! He cured my right shoulder pain and told me the mechanism(anatomy) of how it works!!! He also shared with me his sun shine life attitude, his way to do work out and his lovely families. It was an extremely amazing experience with him and Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers New Haven. The staff is good and the environment is cute. I like their cushion especially. I'd definitely recommend the therapy center and Rick!

The therapists are professional and friendly in every capacity. They have a wide range of knowledge and are willing to take the time to answer every question and to address whatever the need is in a thorough and careful manner. I am the second member of my family to benefit from the expertise and professionalism of PTSMC.

I received great PT there. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. Rick Purdy was my therapist, and the treatment, professionalism, patience and his kindness made my visits much easier. I have to return to PTSM, because of failed back surgeries which has also resulted in neuropathy, and Mr. Rick Purdy will definitely be my first choice.

Great attention to patient care and detail to my current diagnosis. I have noticed incredible improvement in just 3 weeks. They have also been accommodating on one instance when I had to re- schedule with short notice, which I wouldn't normally do. My PT routine has been adjusted as my condition improves, and I am thankful for the overall quality of service and dedication from my Physical Therapist and the rest of their staff.
