I am so grateful to Nicole! I had no mobility or large range of use with my left arm/shoulder. When I got there I could barely lift it shoulder height. Nicole asked me what my goal was. I was realistic with her and let her know, I just wanted to be able to use my arm. The 11 years of pain that resulted from 4 years in the Army will not go away in a month. She took her time with me, she checked on me before and after every session. Monica and Ms. Diane weren't even my therapist but they also took time out to converse and check on me. Justin, Jonathan, Liz, Dres (there's another young man there but I never got his name) are such a great team and truly look after the client and make sure they are safely performing the exercises. Even Tammy and the other ladies at the front desk were a joy. I feel most people come into physical therapy thinking the pain will go away and it is a quick fix. It's therapy....you have to keep doing it. Thank you PTSI for all that you did! I am truly grateful that I can just simply raise my arm to wave!

I have gone here for different injuries. I have felt comfortable with the whole staff. The therapists and assistants are a lot of fun-I dealt with a lot of pain, but their personalities made it tolerable. Robert and Dianne were the two I worked with, and I'm here to tell you, I would love to go back, but my new insurance will only send me to one place in Hemet, and that place is awful. The front staff always returned phone calls, always answered questions for me about my insurance coverage. Just a great place to go.

I had hip replacement in March, and could hardly walk without a cane. But under Dianne's care, I've improved greatly and so has my quality of life. I highly recommend PT-SI. I was challenged with exercises, but always encouraged to keep working to see results. I've reached those goals thanks to all the staff. Bob Straubinger

Dr Monica is great and all the techs and other staff are exceptional as well. Worked with me and my difficult insurance to get me the therapy I needed. Sent me home with plenty to do to maintain what I gained during therapy. Highly recommend.

Staff is sarcastic and rude. In person and over the phone. Therapist blamed my issues on my weight or being inactive more than once, without hearing me say I’ve experienced this pain since I was only 130lbs in the military & currently I work for UPS, no room for being “inactive”. In therapy you share your pt w everyone else in the room and have to wait your turn a lot. Lastly getting your own records is a hassle.

I'm giving PTSI 4 stars for Diane! She is an skilled PT with a heart for her patients. The others are good, but Diane is the stand out. The tables and equipment are kept clean. (!!) My experience with the office staff is the only negative part if my review. They need a tune up in people skills.

All physical, no therapy! I was referred here as a victim of a car accident, and the referral from my PCP and Ortho requested Eval and Treat, Interferential Ultrasound Neck Static Exercises 2x a week. I went for 8 weeks but never received ultrasound treatment although I asked for it several times. So I never felt any actual pain relief, just gained some mobility back. I used their Standing cable row machine but the remainder of exercises used resistance bands. The focus from the start was showing me exercises I could do from home, so I think the facility avoids machine use for that reason. As I did not receive the Interferential Ultrasound, I actually received more relief from my chiropractic visits at ANOTHER OFFICE which uses a massager prior to adjustment and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) after. I would have liked to have had the full experience Physical Therapy can provide, experiencing the different machines at the facility and at the very least received the recommended Interferential Ultrasound in conjunction with my PT for optimal benefits. Being coached to use resistance bands did not feel like I received the value of treatment that my medical insurance paid for. Post PT, I have found much more relief practicing yoga on a daily basis.
