Chris Green is one of the very best!!! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and sincere desire to see his patients improve. I am fortunately enough to meet Chris. This finest PT provided the highest quality of care for optimal results after experiencing terrible shoulder pain for several months. He has a great way of getting to the root of the issues I was having and targeting my trouble areas. He worked with me through exercises and other therapy procedures. Within a few weeks, I have progressed amazingly. I am forever thankful because I am pain free due to his expertise. Chris is absolute best! I would recommend him to anyone who seeking excellent physical therapy service that will likely exceed your expectations.

I have been going to PTS in West Plains MO for a little over a month now! I love it!! The facility is always clean and smells nice. They gym and equipment are clean, functional, and state of the art for any kind of therapy needs! The staff are incredibly helpful as well as attentive!! I think one of the things that stand out the most is the receptionist welcomes me each time by name, as they do will every patient who walks in! This doesn’t feel like an appointment or a business (even though they are all very professional) it feels more like going down the road to see friends or family! I will forever visit PTS for any therapy needs and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asks!

Great place, I have done physical therapy at both the Mtn. Grove location and West Plains location with great results both times. I feel like the staff genuinely cares about my recovery. I also feel like I develop a relationship with the staff instead of just being a number like many local medical facilities in the area.

I went here for physical therapy in the spring and summer of 2018. Overall the staff was very professional. However West Plains Clinic Manager Elizabeth Bisoux was horrible. She pulled me left arm too far while laying on the raised mats. She pulled it past 90 degrees and pulled something. It still hurts to this day especially when bent. I tried to get reports on it but they said they got hacked and couldn't provide them. They wouldn't give me even hand written reports. I nearly sued them because it was a work comp case and she shouldn't have pulled so hard. I see that she isn't listed as a staff member anymore.

The first visit gives the impression, Seems to be a well run physical therapy clinic. Looking forward to the next visit and working toward getting back in shape

I have attended therapy at the mountain grove location on multiple occasions. I have always been treated with great attention to detail and exact direction on what I would need to do. They staff here have always been excellent. I would recommend to anyone in the area!

My mom has recently been seen. She is cranky sometimes and doesn’t like to do her exercises but they always help her and she loves the people she works with. I would highly recommend them for all your PT needs!!

I have had the good fortune of working with the Physical Therapy Specialists team and I have to say that this group is by far dedicated to helping me and my friends on the path to feeling better. I'd be lost without you guys!
