Physical Therapy Specialists

I was a patient at Physical Therapy Specialists in August 2024, I had 6 sessions with Nick. In that time I did receive decent PT, hence the 2 star rating. Usually I only like to give glowing reviews, this unfortunately it not going to one of those reviews. For me this practice is not a good fit. I was referred by my PCP. I called and canceled my remaining appointments, I found it odd that the receptionist did not inquire but honestly I wasn't looking forward to having to explain why, but the more I sit with it, the more I'd like to share. The facility it's self has an odor that can best be described as freshly cleaned horse stable. It seems well stocked and orderly but as I used the equipment, no sanitizing was observed. I was handed equipment after watching another patient use it. In the clinic they listen to country music, which is a choice 🤔 so is punk but usually not played in office settings. In my final session my therapist freely expressed his political and social views which I found personally odious and generally inappropriate in a medical setting. This might be a great fit for someone else, after all there is a lid for every pot. "Its a no for me, dog!"

Great folks! After only a couple of visits, Bob's guidance and recommendations have improved my condition substantially. Their staff is also very professional. 5 stars 100%

These people are absolutely fantastic and caring when you entrust your care to them. I've been a patient with them for about 2 months and they've helped me overcome a back injury quicker than I ever expected to heal. I highly recommended you choose this place if you're having pain and need physical therapy

This is the best physical therapy practice in the area. I’ve been here several times. I always get to see my licensed PT. Not all places offer that. They have all the right equipment and the staff are all great!

I had to go to therapy after a back fusion. I have been to many other therapy offices for other problems but was never completely comfortable. That is until I came to physical therapy specialist and saw Bob. He was wonderful very knowledgeable and just a great therapist. I would definitely go back for treatment again if I ever needed it. Everyone all staff were very professional and very nice. When I was done going I missed it because they all felt like family. Thank you everyone at physical therapy specialist!!!!

Shelly and Bob Allis do a great job. My daughter was having ankle and knee pain from a sports injury. It hurt even when she was sleeping and it was not healing. After a few sessions my daughter was feeling better and playing well. Shelly did a great job getting her back on the court! Thanks!

Needed therapy on achilles heals (both of them) and staff was friendly and efficient. They were ready for me when I showed up, helped me through the work - thanks Matthew - and iced me down when I was done. Pretty enjoyable experience really and a well run practice.

I am really enjoying my physical therapy here. I went to another place first, and it was not a good fit. This place has all the equipment for me to use.
