From the moment I walked into Physical Therapy Specialists I felt at ease and welcomed.. professional courteous staff greeted me.. I was then evaluated by Mikey, my physical therapist.. he was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough explaining my plan of care. At each therapy appointment Mikey guides and encourages every step of the way.. I’ve also observed the other therapists and they are also engaging in the same manner. I highly recommend this therapy group.

Life changing, truly! I've had issues for many years with my neck and back. I'd pretty much written it off to just get progressively worse and do what I can to slow it down. I didn't want medicine, so my doc suggested therapy. I figured I'd try, maybe it might help? Wow! Little did I know just how much it would! I feel immensely better and am inspired to keep it up at home. I feel stronger in my core and extremities than I have in years. From the front desk (thanks, Michelle!), to the 1st visit, to each session, you'll get the absolute best care. I saw each employee consistently perform professionally and kindly while getting the best out of their patients. Special thanks to my therapist Dylan - I truly am now not afraid of being able to walk in 20 years, all because of your caring torture! If I ever need PT again, you'll see me back!

The congenial and professional atmosphere is evident as soon as you walk in the clinic door. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and professional. The clinic operates efficiently; I have never waited more than a few minutes to be escorted into the back area. The rehabilitation area is well-equipped and impeccably clean and organized. Cleaning and sanitizing the tables and equipment is done before and after each patient. All of the staff members appear knowledgeable and totally focused on their clients. I have been working with Mike D’Amelio for the last month and couldn’t be any more pleased with the results. My headaches are completely gone and my range of motion has increased considerably. I have been especially impressed with Mike’s hands-on skills and his ability to quickly identify and target my trigger points and source of pain. After driving to the facility, my neck is usually stiff and achy. After the forty-five minute session, I am virtually pain free and much more flexible. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Specialists.

I appreciate the work this clinic does. My main therapist was Natalie and she knows what she is doing and she tried the best to help me improve with my injury and my daily routine. And she was honest about possibilities and reality. I recommend her. The front desk staff is really nice too, people person and always tried to work with the scheduling in a constructive way.

Everyone here is amazing! Each therapist really takes the time to note the changes your body goes through as you are progressing through the treatment of your injury. They have pushed me very hard in each therapy session. I highly recommend them.I have been fortunate enough to work with Mike and Dylan. Each of them is great and has made me feel more confident with getting my body back to feeling like new.

Michelle at PT Specialists is my guardian angel. I am post op spine surgery and I was frightened I would not be able to afford pt. Michelle checked my benefits and my insurance covers it. Dr. Dylan and his team are top notch. I have already seen slight improvements with my nerve damage. They take the time to truly listen and help. You are not just a number at this professional office. They truly care which is rare these days.

If you want to heal safely, this is the place to go! When I first started there, I wasn't able to walk due to ankle surgery. I had to do an extended period of time of therapy in order to be able to walk, and they did not give up on me. This summer, I was able to do moderate hikes and see waterfalls I would not have been able to prior to their help. Thank you, Dr. Mike and Natalie, for not giving up on me and helping me to get to where I am now!!! I highly recommend Physical Therapy Specialists Downtown in Orlando!!!

I had been having pain in my lower back and down my leg for months. No pain medicine made it go away. I thought it was something that I had to live with. Finally, the pain was too excruciating and I sought out help. My pain has been gone after only 1 visit! I've been going for several weeks but I doubt I even need to anymore. They provide me with the exercises I should be doing and I can do them at home. I wish I would have gone months ago. I've seen Dylan and Michael. They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I've already recommended PTS to my friends.
