Grace Felton, PT, DPT is absolutely AMAZING! I experienced significant improvement during and after our first session together and she's helping me make excellent progress with each session through my treatment plan. Her knowledge and skills is top notch. She's so kind, compassionate and gentle. I feel she truly cares about my health and wellness and continually supports me with home work and additional self care that is working tremendously. Grace is also the sweetest human with a radiant soul and an encouraging spirit. I am so truly grateful for her. And, a shout out to Ann Marie who is awesome and perfectly handled my initial phone consult, answering all my questions with such caring empathy and confidence that the practice could help me, and she was right! I highly recommend this team. Amazing people, fabulous results!

There is not a rating high enough that I can give regarding our experience with Physical Therapy Specialists and specifically Dr. Grace Felton.  Our daughter was suffering from stool withholding and we had been under the care of a Pediatric GI specialist with no successful results.  If you are dealing with a child in this situation, you know it's all consuming and affects the entire family.  We did our own research and emailed several Physical Therapy Practices requesting information and an appointment.  We immediately received a response from this practice. Ms. Ann Marie, the Practice Manager responded with answers to all our questions and with possible days/times we could set up a call with the different PT's. Ms. Ann Marie, is knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, personable and so welcoming! She is a gem to this practice, as she is your first interaction to PTS. We always looked forward to seeing Ms. Ann Marie and were always greeted with a welcomed smile. Dr. Grace is like a Fairy Godmother that sprinkled fairy dust on our lives. We met Dr. Grace in a state of complete despair and hopelessness.  We were lost, exhausted, and down right broken.  After our first appointment, I literally was in tears.  None of the Dr.'s/GI Specialists had ever examined my daughter so thoroughly and with such care as Dr. Grace did.  She provided us with information and a plan that was specific to my daughter's needs as opposed to a general template of a plan used for all stool withholding children. Dr. Grace made us feel heard, she is empathetic and treated us like a family that was in great need and not just another patient.  She is an expert in her expertise.  She educated us on our daughter's situation and empowered us by providing tools/exercies we could carry out at home.  She is warm, kind and won my daughter's trust which is HUGE. My daughter looked forward to seeing Dr. Grace for every appointment and to this day says, "Dr. Grace is my favorite". If you are family dealing with this situation, you understand that it is a marathon and not a sprint.  We are in a much different place than when we first met Dr.Grace and all of the progress we made was entirely because of working with her.  Dr. Grace changed our lives.  We met with Dr. Grace for the 8 planned sessions, but elected for more sessions because of the relationship and trust we had created with her. Dr. Grace exemplifies every element you hope for in any medical provider. It is evident that she loves what she does and is exceptional at her craft. Dr. Grace was at the top of our gratitude list for Thanksgiving last year.  We are eternally grateful to Dr. Grace and she will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found Physical Therapy Specialists! After suffering a 4th degree tear during delivery, I was struggling with lots of pelvic pain, strength issues and urgency. Chelsea has been absolutely incredible to work with! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pelvic therapy for prenatal and/or postpartum care! She immediately made me feel comfortable and was patient as I walked her through my delivery journey. I have been blown away by her professionalism, knowledge and care! I am so grateful for her support as I heal and gain my strength back as I prepare for Baby #2. Ann Marie and the Front Desk staff have been understanding and accommodating with my crazy schedule as a working mom. They are all incredibly kind, professional and organized! I’ve been seeing Dawn Sandalcidi at Physical Therapy Specialists since July of 2022 for severe neck arthritis and nerve entrapment. Dawn is an amazing therapist with many years of experience in her field. I’m convinced we could all live much longer and more happily if we had a great PT like Dawn in our lives. I’ve had many PTs over the years, and Dawn is among the very best. Not only is her work good, but the office and administrative part of the business is equally good. Ann Marie Arnold has been with Dawn for a number of years and they are an unbeatable team. Ann Marie stays on top of open appointments with Dawn and contacts clients immediately if cancellations open up an opportunity to see her. All communication is immediate and direct, and insurance billing is done correctly in a timely manner. Her professionalism and positive manner strengthen the impact of Dawn’s work. It’s a pleasure doing business with this company; I know I am in good hands at all times.

I love PT Specialists! I see Dawn Sandalcidi, and she is an expert in her field. She looks at the whole body and designs a plan of care for you both when you see her and when you are at home. She takes the time to connect with you at the beginning of each visit, and she has been instrumental in helping me deal with pelvic pain that has shown up after my hysterectomy. Dawn not only has the knowledge to get the job done, she has a very caring heart and she cares for patients very deeply. I can talk to her about anything, and she will listen. She has a great bedside manner! Dawn has truly been THE key component in my healing, and I am so glad that I found her and this office. I also wanted to share that office manager, Ann Marie, has also been so sweet. She is a great communicator and so friendly. This is such a wonderful office.

We are so thankful for Dr. Grace and the admin staff at PT Specialists. Our daughter has a lot of things going on and Grace has been kind, fun and thoughtful with her experienced recommendations. The staff has also been super helpful and kind. We would recommend PT Specialists to anyone.

I can highly recommend Physical Therapy Specialists to anyone! From their very cozy waiting room, to their very kind and personal receptionist (Annmarie), to their excellent therapists. My son was treated by Grace, who was very knowledgable, as well as very kind to my son, who is a teenager and was very nervous about his first time with a physical therapist. She is amazing!

I was referred to Physical Therapy Specialist while working with my doctor for back pain due to hypermobility and si joint problems. I see Kristin and she is incredible. As a young athlete I was devastated being removed from sports due to my injury but with Kristin's help I truly believe I will be able to return to the things I love better than before. She is like no other PT I've had, and I've seen dozens. Her attention to detail, empathy, and custom treatments makes each week seem more hopeful then the last. Kristin actually listens and doesn't leave any symptoms overlooked. I didn't realize why nothing was working before until coming here. She is top of the line and I look forward to seeing her each week! Also, Ann Marie is exceptional, her kindness and professionalism I felt immediately made me feel so welcome. Thank you!
