Getting callbacks is a royal pain in the ass We’ve been trying for the past two weeks to get our kids in to be seen. They keep telling us call back the next day. All slots are filled. We called in today. My wife spoke to them at 9 AM. They opened at 8:30. They just plain and simple. Don’t wanna see my children horrible doctor thought they were good but I was wrong

Absolutely love this clinic!! The receptionists are so very friendly not only over the phone but also in person. I had to transfer my 3 kids records from various clinics (we were a military family) and the gal that was helping me was so very nice about it which I greatly appreciated!! Our care provider never makes us feel rushed and always answers all our questions. She also always follows through on all follow ups, referrals, RX refills, etc. I can't say enough great things about this clinic!! Highly recommend.

I fell ill while traveling on a road trip. Colorado clinic was extremely thorough and helpful. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasn't bad considering I did come in later in the afternoon. I appreciated that they took the time to help me. I ended up with my first ever ear infection and the PA was thorough enough to notice before the pain got bad. All staff was very nice and the were really good with covid protocols. The exam rooms had air purifiers in them!

I had been to the ER twice in a week. They told me to do a follow up. Southern Colorado clinic ended up calling me first to schedule a follow up from my ER visit. Then told me they were not taking sick patients. I would have to go to emergicare or ER. The issue I was having was the ER was telling me I had to go to my dr for my ear. I kept telling them it was draining and now because no one would treat it I have an ear infection. Still have no idea what I am suppose to do when it’s the drs. Office that’s suppose to refer me to a specialist for a repeated problem but they will not take me because they don’t take sick patients….

Preferred doctors AND urgent care at this location. Sandra Ware is my primary and she is amazing and very compassionate, sweet and listens to her patients. And for the urgent care Scott Deruiter is amazing, you can tell he truly loves his job. Everyone who is complaining need to realize not everything goes 100% right ever for anyone, but they try and that is what matters. I named dropped the most caring doctors-my opinion-

I visited your Clinic on 5-28-21 for severe throat and ear pain. They did a swab to check for Strep. When Katie the P.A came in to discuss the results with me, she told me that my ear & throat looked fine and that I was negative for Strep. She said "It may just be nasal drainage" and suggested I purchase some Flonase with an Antihistamine if desired. Then she dismissed me. I knew there had to be more to it because of the intense pain and the difficulty I was having swallowing. I immediately went to the Pueblo West Emergency Room 3 miles away. They did another swab. The Doctor confirmed that my ear did in fact look fine, but my throat was red and inflamed. The swab came back positive for Acute Pharyngitis. They gave me a steroid, and further instructions for home care. We called to inform your staff of the obvious misdiagnosis. Katie first spoke with my Mother. She assured her that she told me I had Viral Pharyngitis and that it would take 7-10 days to clear & that I didn't need an antibiotic. She then condescendingly told her that "Pharyngitis is just a Medical term for a sore throat." Then I spoke with her and she tried to convince me personally that she had diagnosed me with Viral Pharyngitis. If she had in fact done that, there would have been no reason for me to visit another Clinic. I got into see my ENT the following Tuesday. She told me I did need Antibiotics and prescribed them. Katie was very unprofessional. Instead of just apologizing, she tried to pass it off as our misunderstanding.

First time patient who was looking for a new primary care physician. They got me in to see Dr. Sergio Murillo within 48 hours. The staff, the experience, and Dr. Murillo were absolutely fantastic. I could not be more appreciative! He even had a medical student named Kodee and she was excellent as well. The front desk experience was seamless. All around, very happy. Everyone here is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and the wait is short. I often checked in online and waited only 5 minutes to be seen by my PCP or have other work done. For Urgent Care it could be longer but all staff and doctors were very thorough and caring. I've enjoyed all medical services I had so far. And they have everything here!
