The entire staff, from Erica who always greets you with a smile to Jake and Jim who make you feel like you are family and always thank you for trusting them with your care, not once but after every visit. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere and they always make you feel like your treatment and recovery is their focus. They are not only great therapists but truly caring people. I will always go back for any therapy needs I have in the future.

I’m not sure how to adequately share the amazing experience I’ve had with Jake and Jim without writing a full chapter! In short, I began therapy for low back pain 7 weeks ago and couldn’t even roll side to side when I started. I couldn’t walk my dog without added pain, couldn’t lift my 3 year old son, often couldn’t even stand up or get off the floor without assistance, and had completely given up the idea of ever running again. At my first session, Jake made a correction and from there, it was about treating the muscle inflammation and strengthening those muscles and my core through specific exercises. I had ups and downs the first few weeks and they not only talked with me extensively about what was happening and why, but they provided me with much needed emotional support to get through this difficult early cycle. The Dry Needling technique proved to be exceptionally beneficial for me and through this combination approach, my therapy has absolutely changed my life. Both Jake and Jim bring great things to the table and I credit them both for my current level of recovery. Last week I completed 28.3 miles, mostly split between walking and running with very few moments of discomfort! I can roll over, lift my son, run with my dog, bike with my kids-essentially live life again! I simply can’t say enough about the experience I’ve had in only 7 weeks and I’ve taken away an amazing wealth of information and exercises to continue to progress at home on my own. Carrie in the office was equally amazing and personable. Thank you so much to all of them!

I have to say, that this facility, has been by far, the best fit for me. I have been sent to other physical therapy rehab facilities, but not one of them compares to my experience here. The staff is wonderful, starting with your office employee, she has always been very friendly and always available to help. Your therapist are by far very knowledgeable, in both dry needling and with hands on therapy. They all are very encouraging when working with their patients, asking you to try but never giving you more than you can handle. The facility is very clean and saniitized after each patient . I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for great results in a wonderful atmosphere. These people have become like family or friends to me. ☆☆☆☆☆

I came to PT for the first time after experiencing pain and discomfort from starting a new line of work. Wasn't sure what to expect but Jake and Jim made me feel comfortable and confident I was in the right place. They addressed any concerns I had and were very knowledgeable. In addition to providing care to mitigate the pain and discomfort they also shared ways I can address/prevent injury in the future. I am very glad I came to this office.

The therapists and receptionist are very professional, friendly, seriously concerned, and honest. They are always listening and adjusting therapy to get the best results and healing. I had rotator cuff repair on January 6th, 2022 and through a very fortunate set of circumstances landed in the PT and rehab care of Jacob Young (Jake). Through the years I have experienced the need for various cycles of PT, but never have I met someone as dedicated to the return to health/function as Jake. He approached my therapy with an ever present positive, friendly demeanor. I really cannot find enough words of praise for Jake! I need to mention that the welcoming, caring atmosphere begins the minute you walk through the door and are greeted by Cary😊

This was my first PT experience and I only have positive things to say. The staff is very friendly and create a comfortable environment. They listen to you and accommodate your schedule. I worked with Jim, he challenged me yet was encouraging. I hope I don’t need PT in the future, but if I do I won’t hesitate to go back.

I had back surgery in December of 2019, that has left me with leg weakness for over two years. Jake's expertise in Physical therapy is second to none. Jake is thoughtful, kind and a very caring therapist. I would/will recommend him to anyone. This is the man to see, I owe him a great deal for giving me my life back
