Very very upset about today's visit. My husband had an appointment today at 11 am. I called the front desk to give them and the therapist a heads up that we were stuck in traffic and that we might be 10 minutes late. I called at 1055 am. We get inside the building at 11:08 am, make to the front desk at 11:10am. The front desk person checked us in and at 1125 another front desk person calls us and in front of everyone says that we were passed our 15 min grace period. First, you don't yell this information in front of everyone. 2nd we were checked in at 1110am and she argues with me saying the guy that checked us in checked my husband in at 11:16 am and that the therapist had left!!!! What kind of incompetent people do they have working there?!? First the therapist should have called us to see where we were, and second you are telling me the therapist left exactly one min after a grace period?!? And more over we were there BEFORE THE FREAKING GRACE PERIOD! We will be taking our business somewhere else. This place is so unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN
