I have seen Dr. Lee Yek two times now for lower back pain after a bad movement lifting weights. He is awesome. His understanding of body mechanics is impressive. He diagnoses root cause behind symptoms effectively, and he finds the right movements to relief pain, exercises to recover, and massages to provide comfort as well. 100% recommended.
Dr. Yek is elite! He was able to take me for an initial appointment on short notice after I was in pain from injuring my shoulder. He took time to gain context and gave great recommendations for at home/gym exercises. He's extremely personable, professional, and will know how to get you back to normal.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Yek for about a month for a shoulder strain and he’s been amazing - he’s incredibly patient, explains what the exercises are doing, and provides great form tips and cues to ensure I’m doing them right. I have no doubt I’ll be doing my sport again with no issues soon enough. The office is really nice and clean too :)
