My PT was not the most friendly, as far as PTs go. She also didn't help the issue much. It seems like she thought I didn't need to be there, and she said something that insinuated that in a way that was pretty rude. If she really thought that I didn't need to be there, I would have preferred her to be more direct, so I wouldn't have had to pay a boat load of money for services that weren't helping me. Also, the bills were different for different visits. I asked the billing department to explain this to me and they basically snubbed me. On top of all this, there was poor communication with the referring physician, which operated in the same building. I went into the PT office for PT, they said I needed a referral, I went to their physician and got a referral, then the PT thought I was seeing the physician to explore surgical options, which was not mentioned by the PT until after numerous expensive visits. I don't think I really needed that much PT. So I ended up paying a ton of money for services that weren't very helpful, delivered by a clinician who wasn't especially nice to be with. I wish I would have found my way to different PT office than this one.

Robin's understanding of referrals and scheduling processes are not trained to their staff, resulting in wasted time, money, and no service/treatment. This O&SCotR, had a VA referral for me. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived as scheduled, they looked at the referral and sent me from the doctor's office to physical therapy. At physical therapy, they said, they require a referral from one of their doctors before I can get in for physical therapy. I asked, if I needed to go back upstairs to see the doctor as scheduled, they said, no, the referral is only for physical therapy... Not impressed... No service or treatment received...
