Lisa, Danny, Julio and Claudette they are very professional they know what they do, always treating me with patience and compassion, excellent team!! With out them my recovery was not possible!! I’ve been receiving physical therapy at the above facility for past few months. I’ve had PT at other facilities and am very disappointed of the poor quality services I experienced. My skepticism was put to rest very shortly when I went to “Physical Therapy Now”. Vanessa at the front desk is such a welcoming person.The evaluating doctor assured me that I will be well cared for, she was right. The therapists are the ABSOLUTE best, professional, caring, great listeners, knowledgeable taking great care to explain all techniques included in my care plan and they are present at all times to make sure things are done right. I asked a lot of questions and they were answered by these professionals. The support staff are all very great and the teamwork by the entire staff is always on full display in this warm nurturing space. Very important to me was the MUSIC. It was moderate (not loud) which I found conducive for this wellness atmosphere. I highly recommend “Physical Therapy Now” you will not regret this choice of a very good experience when most needed for your wellness. I’m satisfied and happy with my experiences here. Since you call to make an appointment, you are greeted by a very soothing and compassionate voice. They right away find out what you need and get set up for an evaluation in a very expeditious manner. The PT is very inquisitive and went though a methodical exam. He prepared his therapy and on a one to one basis the PTA gave me treatment with direct supervision of the PT.. I have been there for 3 sections and I am feeling amazing. I highly recommend this PT.

One of the best therapy I've had.The therapist were very knowledgeable and caring, they make sure you get well without pushing you to feel pain. My therapist was Monica and she is amazing. I am very glad I chose this place. I will definitely go back if I need more therapy.The only barrier was the languish, however Monica did fantastic communicating with me.A+++

I have been treated after my rotating cuff surgery on my shoulder. I had lots of pain and was with bad motion. With the great service and therapist I was able to move my shoulder and return to my regular routine. The therapist are great starting with Marilys, the office Manager and Eduardo , and Lisa the physical Therapist. I really recommend the center is a great one

What makes this place so good is the heart and professionalism the of the therapists. However, I sense that they are overworked and probably underpaid. One therapist taking care of 6 clients. They’re lucky if they get a helper. I highly recommend these therapists. Just don’t think management is taking care of them or the facilities as things break down and the therapists have to finagle cables and make do with what they have. Management, please take care of your people and facilities.

First, The reason I came to this center for therapy was because of an car accident. My first visit I was afraid, something like this has never happen to me before, the staff was so polite and informative, they set my mind at ease immediately. From my first visit to my 42nd visit this staff has remained consistent with doing the most to make sure I had everything needed to get better. My therapist Lisa is amazing, she is very knowledge in her craft, she worked patiently with me, because of her I will know how to maintain wellness for the future. The staff of therapist(Lisa, Eduardo, Yolima) work together like a well oiled machine. The staff manager (Masilys) is very informative, polite, and understanding. The staff manager(Marilys) does what ever it takes to make sure all things work well with my case. I would refer anyone/everyone I know to this center for therapy.
