Dillon and Alejandro, at the facility, are exceptional professionals. Dillon is not only extremely knowledgeable and compassionate but also has a fantastic attitude. Alejandro is friendly and efficient, ensuring that your time is well spent. The facility itself is top-notch, and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dillon and Alejandro truly excel in their roles, and I can not recommend them highly enough.

My time at PTI has been a great experience due to the clean environment, friendly staff, and knowledge therapists! While other places offer standard treatment for all, Hannah extends specialized interventions to meet each patients needs. I am so glad to have my back feeling better due to this specialized treatment!

Originally I believed I would never heal from my back fractures that I have gotten in an accident, but the 6 weeks I had here were a complete game changer. Hannah, Emily and Alejandro have taken the absolute best care of me and healed me from the ground up emotionally, mentally and physically! I would recommend this place 15/10 times and they are getting a new facility that is 3x the size of the one they have. Best of luck and thank you all for everything! :)

Brad and his team are the best. The teamwork exhibited by all of the staff and the efficiency of the entire operation is exceptional. Rebecca, at the front desk, is so friendly and makes me feel welcome when I walk in the front door. A special thanks to Sara for all of her encouragement and support through my recovery. She has made my rehab time enjoyable and productive. Brad is compassionate and knowledgeable and has kept me moving forward to regain mobility. I highly recommend Brad and PTI Maumelle.

I was nervous about trying physical therapy again after a previous experience a few years ago. I took a chance with them and I am so so happy with it. The staff are so friendly and they are supportive first and foremost towards your recovery. The building is clean and they are great with communication. Go here if you need something fixed!

What a great place! All of the staff, for all of the processes, focus on your well being. I’ve been to a lot of physical therapy locations in this area, and find this one to be the absolute best. I appreciate the staffs attitude and the cleanliness of the facility and the equipment. They are clearly organized, and have a plan for each one of your visits…which could be adjusted based on your feedback to them. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go.

Britney was a fantastic PT. Very intelligent and kind. She knew exactly how to fix my hip pain. My favorite thing about PTI is that therapists actually put their hands on patients with different manual therapies instead of just putting patients through series of exercises. Highly recommend for your PT needs.

Dillon at PTI worked with my 9yr old son and he was amazing! We saw so much growth and progress in 6 weeks. I was so impressed with them from start to finish!
