I am very impressed with my experience. The facility is clean and well maintained. The office, manager, Master therapist, therapist, and the therapy aide work together in a very cohesive manner. They are true professionals, you feel the warmth, and their genuine desire to help you get better. The positive spirits and energy that flows throughout the facility, are unmatched by anything that I have ever experienced. They are totally in sync. It’s draws you in and makes you want to be there. If you’re looking for a place to go that has your best interest at heart, look no further!

As someone who was apprehensive about getting PT (low pain tolerance), I can’t wait for my next session. The physical therapists are thorough, knowledgeable and professional. And the office staff is friendly and also very professional!

I’ll start out by saying if I could give 10 stars I would! Every single employee here is top notch! The scheduling is done by Mrs. Keelah- she is on it with insurance and very responsive with any concerns. The owner, Mr. Coy, did my initial evaluation and it was the most comprehensive assessment I have ever received. He did an evaluation of every single range of motion possible. The therapist, Ms. Tayo, has been amazing and has helped me so much with improving my range of motion. She listens to any new concerns and tailors each session to my individual needs. Her kindness and compassion towards me has brought literal tears to my eyes as I continue to see improvements in my pain and range of motion. Tra is very kind and helps me transition smoothly to different exercises and suggests improvements to my form. I have been able to implement the suggestions, stretches, and exercises to my everyday life and it has allowed me steps closer to my pain free life. I have cervical spondylitis so this is a lifestyle for me with my chronic condition. The staff has given me applicable tips to help make everyday easier and to be able to life the full life I have hoped for for so long. I am so thankful for the whole staff and if you need physical therapy for anything, this is the place to do it! I’m not being dramatic when I say they have changed my life. The vibe, the atmosphere is chill, cool, laidback. I love the music! The therapist are all kind, give great guidance, have good personalities and make sure you’re comfortable. The receptionist is warm and inviting when you come in. The location is perfect for me. I’m glad I chose PT in Motion.

I’ve been to PTIM multiple times over the last several years, and they’ve always been able to help me work through whatever my current joint and muscle issues were at the time. The staff and therapists are kind and knowledgeable, and work through each session in a timely manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for short or long-term care.

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. The atmosphere is calming and pleasant. I also enjoy the aqua theraphy it is peaceful environment and always enjoyable. My daughter’s first PT eval and treat session was very informative and beneficial. Her physical therapist was so efficient and she felt relief soon after the appointment. The PT and the PT aide were very thorough. I’m so happy my daughter feels better and she is looking forward to her next treatment session.
