I came here for spinal therapy. I am TOTALLY 100% happy that I have! These folks along with Stephens guidance and magic thumbs have me feeling younger and straighter each visit! I’ve had two surgeries and both times Stephen and his crew brought me back to life! Thank you thank you thank you’

From the moment you walk in you are treated like family. Everyone greets you by name and it feels so warm and welcoming. The front office staff always goes above and beyond to help with anything needed such as scheduling appointments, assisting with calling the insurance company or doctors office for you. Whatever you need help with, they will do it. The clinic always looks so clean and I love how you see the staff making sure to disinfect everything between clients. The entire PT staff including all the techs are so knowledgeable and stay with you from start to finish. They make sure you enjoy your therapy while pushing you to reach your goals. I love how you are never left alone to work through your list of exercises. You are watched and supervised the entire time to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly and if you’re not they make sure to help you understand the right techniques, body mechanics and posture. That way you’re not wasting your time working the wrong muscle or body part. When it comes time for the PTs to stretch you and manually work with you, Carrie and Matt are the absolute best! If you arrive in pain or have pain after exercising, they make sure you leave feeling comfortable and where the pain is a lot more tolerable if not close to pain free. Before you leave the staff makes sure you are scheduled for your next appointment, ask if you have any questions or concerns and make sure you feel well taken care of. And just like you’re welcomed when you arrive, they all make sure to wish you a great rest of your day. I will always use this clinic for anytime I am needing therapy. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone of any age needing physical therapy.

I have used other physical therapy companies, inpatient, home, & outpatient for myself & other family members. The staff at Physical Therapy Central are the best I have ever encountered. All employees work together for the care of their patients. They are constantly cleaning & sanitizing all equipment & doing everything in a safe, friendly, & professional manner. Most important is I am now able to use my left leg in a normal manner. When I was 1st recommended to this company it was necessary for me to use a walker & even that was difficult. I went from a walker to a cane, & now I don't need either one. I also couldn't get out of a chair, off a couch or the bed without help. I feel I can go anywhere without the fear of falling or injuring myself in anyway. Thank you seems inadequate in saying how much I appreciate everyone's help in my recovery!

This is my second experience with this company but this is a new location. Highly efficient and professional staff. I've never walked in without Skylar saying hello. The quality of care I have received has truly enhanced my recovery and rehabilitation. Carrie, Shae, Matt exemplify what "whole patient care" looks like. When making the choice for after surgery care and rehabilitation, consider these amazing folks, you won't be disappointed.

I appreciated everything these people did for me. When I came in I was hurting so badly and they were so helpful and understanding, which is what you really need/want when you are in pain. It was definitely a different experience from the Brooks Clinic-mid town. Seemed that everyone here knew my name after only a couple of visits and some I had no clue who they were, but were all super friendly. Excellent customer service skills. The only thing I will say is that if you have super high anxiety forewarning that you will most likely be in a large room with a lot of other patients. Thank you, you do not know how appreciative I am.

I've been going here since November 2020 for therapy after I had surgery. The therapist and the techs that I have seen has all been very professional and considerate. They all seem very concerned about my health and getting me better and back to normal. I won't go anywhere else for PT. This place is great!

These folks are wonderful. They ate so supportive of you in your recovery, as well as, emotional support. I would highly recommend this facility if you need PT!
