Jake and the entire team are first class! Very personal, very professional and they create an atmosphere that makes you leave feeling like you have made friends! They are attentive to your treatment needs and alter programs based on your limitations and strengths. I appreciate the fact that they are willing to pull back the reigns when they notice that you may be hurting or struggling. I’m baffled they have a 4.9 star rating and not 5 star

I am still shocked and incredibly impressed by the amount of professionalism, kindness, positive attitude, and respect from both the attending PTs and the amazing Tech team members. They made going through some tough treatment an easy process and even enjoyable! It is truly bitter-sweet to be finished with my sessions as that team will be missed for sure. It has been a long time since I’ve had customer service and patient first thinking in the way that was provided by this location. Thank you for all the help this year and I’m very confident moving forward that I can take my training home and continue this journey. The whole team at that location needs some shoutouts as they are just awesome, especially all the techs!

PT Central have the greatest therapist ever!! They are exceptional people. The desk staff are kind and welcoming as well as thoughtful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My therapy has come along faster than I ever thought it would thanks to them. If you ever need physical therapy this is the place to go.

I have been treated at this PT Central location several times over the years for various issues. Each series of treatment has been exceptional. Jake is well-educated and provides superior PT services. The staff, from the front office to the assistants, are all pleasant to work with and know how to do their job efficiently and effectively.

I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago 2016 and my Dr. referred me to Physical Therapy Central in Moore, my Dr referred me to Hayden. He was awesome and we worked well together. Here it is 2018 I had surgery this time on on my knee, and this time I requested Hayden to be my therapist, and he is still awesome 😎 I will always come to Physical Therapy Central in Moore, OK. If I could I would rate it more than 5 Stars. This place and the people deserve a higher rating. Hayden you are awesome. 😊💕

Just a quick shout out to the PTC Moore crew after two consecutive needling treatments. Customer Service-check. Clara was very engaging and very professional. Engaging and very polite-check. Foster was a pleasure to watch with his patients and such a polite young man. My PT was Rory who was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very patient throughout the entire process. These guys run a tight ship. I would definitely recommend this location!

Jake Shockley understands that I need to get my mobility and strength back quickly. They had hours that made it possible for me to come in after work. That is something that was important to me after 6 weeks off after surgery. They are friendly and truly caring.
