Physical Therapy Central

The team here at 150th and Rockwell is awesome to say the least. I have been a patient here for a knee replacement and now hip surgery rehab. I have had a couple flare up with my hip muscles and they are amazing at adjusting my work out to keep it under control. I highly recommended them for your physical therapy needs.

The place itself and the physical therapist were great however the billing is really predatory. They offer cash price or insurance, and I was going with cash price but the front office told me if insurance approves I should use that since it’ll be less payment. Well cash price for 3 visits was going to be 280$ for me and with insurance they told me my co-pay is 200$, so I paid the 200$ and now they’ve sent me a bill for another 280$ claiming insurance didn’t actually approve it and they refuse to rework the bill to give me cash price. An absolute money grab. So disappointed.

I have been in and out of physical therapy for 18 years. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. My main PT is Justin but I also had the opportunity of working with Kevin and Rachel. They are all excellent. They are very knowledgeable and don’t use a “one size fits all” philosophy. They modify the exercises based on my capabilities and my limitations. I was shocked at how quickly I was seeing progress. Also their hours are very convenient for working patients!

I have been going there for the last 5 years. They have never given up on me. There motivation as got me less dependent on my wheelchair.I am using a Walker more and more because of them. I can’t say enough about Dale and his team.

After replacement of my left knee, PT Central was recommended. During my 8 weeks of therapy, Thomas, Evan, Brooklyn, Brie and Andrea provided very professional treatment. Their treatment achieved outstanding results. My right knee is scheduled for replacement on December 1. I am going to use PT Central for therapy again. I strongly recommend PT Central based upon the achievement respecting my left knee. Some of my friends have and are currently being treated and each has outstanding recommendations, as I do. Entire Staff are exceptional. I am recovering from a knee replacement and could not be any happier with the help I have received. I highly recommend PT Central to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable therapist. Rachel is amazing! Loved having her work with me. For some reason this shows Gloria Coom but it actually Gloria Cook. It would not let me edit the name.

Rachel has been nothing but incredible while taking care of all my needs. I’ve been having pain since pregnancy and after that she has addressed head on with a great care plan. Kelsey at the front desk is super kind and helpful as well as Hannah the tech! Super grateful for them.(:

I give it 1 star only because I had one good visit. Kevin down played my symptoms after he asked me questions and I answered he then tried to turn my response into something I did not say at all. Rachel was very rude on my very 1st visit. There was no progress and this is my 3rd time having to use PTC and my very 1st time with a bad experience. My needs were not met at all. They did not discuss my treatment with my doctor but instead since the therapist understood I was dissatisfied they recommended I don’t use their location. I will never recommend this location to anyone ever!! Very disappointed.
