What they say they charge and actually charge are two different things. I was Being charged large amounts for services that I was not aware of. Had no idea about these charges until a large bill came in months later

I was very pleased with my physical therapy experience at Norman PT. My care was mainly with Casey, some visits with Chad and I believe 1-2 visits with Marilyn. All providers were very professional, helpful and patient with me. They addressed any concerns I had and gave me helpful recommendations. I highly recommend their expertise in getting you back to better physical health. As far as the handful of PT Assistants-they were all great. On their toes, keeping my exercise routine going and showing me the exercises and critiquing positively if I wasn’t doing it properly. Carrie (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) up front was great with handling my insurance issues, great phone etiquette and friendly service. The business is neat and clean and I noticed they were thorough disinfecting areas and exercise equipment and changing linens on pillows. I highly recommend Norman PTC!

Brought my 10 year old here last year and it was great so came here for my knee last month. I am all done it was such a fantastic experience. The staff from front desk, to assistants to the Therapist are all top notch great people. Everyone worked with me and accommodated my personal tolerances. I can tell you this what not the case for me at other places in the past. A great combination of brace, exercise, and stretch, massage therapy have done wonders. Thank you so much ! I'm back again for my neck and I was so happy they sent me here.

I used PT central for about 12 weeks in 2016 and have returned again in 2019 for another 6 weeks. I will use them again without hesitation. The staff is kind, caring, friendly and VERY helpful. The treatment I received was effective and got me back to a normal life quickly.

Everyone there is professional and personable. Great people and a credit to their profession. I actually looked forward to PT each day. My right knee is better then it’s been in 14 years, and much of the credit goes to the physical therapy received by those at Physical Therapy Central! Thank you for your encouragement and patience!!! I came in with a damaged nerve/drop foot. My doctor referred me to this office to see if they can ease the pain before him and I talked more about surgery. My first visit, was okay. I went in there with confidence, hoping for the best. The PT who saw me, recommended shock therapy to get the nerves in my foot going. After the treatment, is when I started to question a few things. When the PT came back to unhook me from the machine, he said this, "well, we now know your nerve is not dead." Wait a minute! What?!?!?!? Is this what they really thought what was going on? Any one with common sense could have told you that. If my nerve was dead, I wouldn't be walking, especially since it was my sciatic nerve. Red flags just went straight up in my head. He then told me to get a second opinion on the surgery. That to me was unprofessional, especially since my doctor is the one who referred me to this clinic. After the appointment was done, I had to make another appointment within the same week. So a few days later, I came in after work. Kid you not, I was in and out within maybe 15mins if that! This guy called me back and had me on the bike for 5mins (I was in pain, but I have a high pain tolerance). After the bike, he asked me to do a list of different exercises. I was unable to do any of them. I felt bad, and it made me think that I was being set up to fail. I tried to keep my tears back, but I'm sure he heard the cracking in my voice. He then went to get the PT. This is when I met Casey. I told her how I injured my foot, and she then started moving my foot back and forth and side to side. My pain then hit a breaking point, where I told her that what she was doing is really painful. She then asked said, "well if it's this painful, you can leave, we can just end the appointment." After processing what she said, I put my sock and boot back on, and canceled all my future appointments, and left in more pain than when I came in. I had a follow up appointment with my doctor a few days later. Let's just say that he was ticked off that they did all that, on top of Casey being extremely rude and unprofessional. I am now suffering a new injury, because of that visit. I'm never going back.
