Physical Therapy Center

My family and I have used the Physical Therapy Center on numerous occasions with the most positive of results. My wife and I have been in there with pre and post surgery therapy and have gotten back to our active ways in no time. Todd Koos and his staff have also worked with our teenage daughter after she experienced some shoulder pain as a catcher. The staff immediately identified the problem (after imaging showed no signs of structural or ligament damage), and got to work strengthening her core, shoulder and back. She is now a committed D1 athlete with plus arm strength and the ability to throw a softball 70mph. We could not have done it without The PT Center and give them our highest recommendation!

By far the best PT center I have been to. Bryce my therapist has helped me immensely over the past months and I really appreciate how much he cares. You are made to feel welcome and relaxed the minute you walk in and it’s been a pleasure getting to know this great team. I have already recommended you to family and friends should they need a therapist at some point.

A friend recommended this PT Center and I’m so glad I followed up on her recommendation! It feels like a very personal, welcoming environment, from when you first check in. I didn’t feel like a ‘case’ checking in, I felt seen as a person. Alyssa is kind and patient at the desk. She so willing to help you find a fit for your schedule with ‘your’ therapist, and if it doesn’t work for them, they’ll find a way for someone else to help you during what fits in your calendar. Casey, keeps things going, and there is just a’ flow’ that works… There is afriendly welcoming feel to the place, and it feels like the folks working there, enjoy each other…. Bryce has been my primary therapist and he is GREAT. He has tailored my therapy to work very effectively for me…He asks questions about how things went after the previous session, and then has shifted priorities and planned exercises if something else needs some extra attention, instead of being locked into what he planned. He is knowledgeable, flexible encouraging, positive, enjoys what he does and continues to enjoy learning his craft, which is a big plus. I feel seen as a person by the staff, not a problem to be solved… or one of many, but leave feeling like I’ve been with people who care about me. I would highly recommend this place, and an extra blessing, it’s close, but I like it so much I’d drive much further to get there. :)

I won't go anywhere! The people at PT Center care and are focused on getting results; 100% recommend. The amazing therapists at PT Center have helped me through sciatica and tension headaches with results that have stuck. I had worked with two other therapists prior to PT Center and within a few months my sciatica returned. That has not been the case with my results from PT Center. The therapists pushed me to achieve lasting results and it worked. After suffering from tension headaches for 30+ years, PT Center have me new life. I haven't had a headache in months and I give full credit to the therapists at PT Center.

Bryce is my therapist for my total knee replacement. I actually enjoy my sessions with him. He is very personable and relates well to his clients. Bryce has taken my therapy beyond what I experienced with my first knee replacement, at another clinic, in terms of both strength and flexion. He pushed me beyond what I thought I could do with his “tough love,” but, at the same time, listened to my concerns.

Not great transparency or honesty regarding billing. I was led to believe that the price was going to be one price after I was told they verified with my insurance company, which is why they had me wait to make the appointment to do this research, and then billed me significantly more. This put a bad taste in my mouth, and I did not return. Also the few therapies that I did receive did not help my situation. I know PT is supposed to be a process, but I didn’t feel any different after the sessions. I have luckily found another PT that is fantastic and was transparent and honest about the cost, and have felt some relief after just the first visit.

I really enjoy going to Waxhaw PT Center. Everyone is friendly and staff members support each other. They encourage you to put forth your best effort. No matter who is there we are all part of a group working towards better health.

I have had PT multiple times over the years but I have never experienced the quality of care I am receiving at PT Center in Waxhaw. Recommend it without reservation.
