I went to therapy here since 2017 for a workers comp injury. They knew my case and how in 2022 I was fighting WC after another surgery. We ended up billing my insurance starting in August 2022 and by the end of 2022 I had ran out of visits which was not relayed to me, so in April 2023 I received a call stating I owed $400 and they needed payment, then about 1 month later they called again stating I owed over $800 and I needed to pay $200 a month. I told Terry that I could not afford that and that I would call my WC attorney. My attorney sent them a letter with the statues stating they could not collect money from with with an open WC claim. I ended up winning my case 2 weeks later. I called to set up therapy 2 weeks later and was told by Terry she would have to talk to the owners. When Terry called me back she said she couldn't get me in until the end of October, which was 2 months later and when I told her with the way she handled things in the earlier call I found somewhere else to go she laughed at me and then hung up. I had a friend of mine call the next day to see if it was in fact the case that they were that booked out or they were just telling me it would be that far out for an appointment, which they told her they could get her in the next week and would be able to schedule all her appointments for her then. I was disappointed in them and highly upset. I enjoyed going to them for the years that I did, they knew me and my case. I ended up called and speaking with Erin, which he said he would talk to Terry and get back with me. I'm still waiting for that call. If you have workers comp I would highly recommend you not go to these people. They will end up doing exactly what they did to me. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

This place is absolutely wonderful! I had switched physical therapy centers about mid-way through, after shoulder surgery, and I wish I would have just came here first! Erin is amazing! He's so knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything so thoroughly. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well! They really do their best to help with scheduling and are always so welcoming! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you!!

I called today to schedule an appointment for physical therapy and the first lady I talked to was very nice but I was having phone issues so I called back on my work phone and got another lady and she was very short and rude. I told her never mind. I think her name was Janet or Janice. I'm in pain and am not interested in being talked to that way.

Very friendly staff. my muscular and joint pain/problems were their top priority to treat. not only did they spend ample time helping me training and rehabilitating my shoulder and wrist, but they gave me the tools and knowledge how to rehab my achy shoulder and wrist on my own. It’s been well over a year since I’ve seen Melissa for the wrist issues and Erin for the shoulder issues and I’m proud to report, thanks to their help the improved strength and lessened pain has continued on long after my initial visits. Of course I must say that one must religiously do the exercises they teach you. You can also tell the staff really care about their own there. Also The physical therapy center Looks like a great environment for their staff to thrive and can do the job they need to do best without much fuss. It’s nice seeing happy employees.

I had almost a hand wrist replacement done Feb 2018. I went to see Melissa at Physical Theraphy of Cheyenne. I had doubts that my hand was not getting better. Melissa kept reassuring me that she sees progress. Well low and behold, Melissa got my hand back 100%. She was firm about my sessions, she cares about your pain, but knows she needs to do her job. I am so happy with my results. So I decided to do my other hand. I can say that both my hands are doing amazing. Melissa has me do my home exercises. But I feel I need to go back to her to get that awesome stretch and massage that she does. Thank you Melissa for all your hard work. I recommend this place to a lot of my friends.

Pregnant? Come here! This review is specifically for Mandy Keefe, DPT and Vanessa, LMT. I was diagnosed with SPD and in severe pain. Mandy is absolutely wonderful working with pregnant women. She referred me to Vanessa, who gives wonderful deep tissue massages. These massages aren't fluffy messages, they are meant to isolate and target areas of inflammation, and relieve them. The result, with consistent appointments, has been astronomical. My pain is much more tolerable and I can walk without severe pain. During my previous pregnancy I didn't seek treatment until I was 38 weeks. Mandy dry needled my problem areas. The relief was wonderful. She is caring, and listens to what you say. She works with you. Cannot recommend enough!

The therapist I delt with was professional and knowledgeable. But the billing department has some serious issues. keep an eye on what they are billing you for. It's definitely not worth what they charge. I should have took the extra time and went to Fort Collins.
