Physical Therapy Center

I am so very happy with my treatment at PTC Matthews! All the staff is super friendly, accommodating, and really listen. More importantly, i am now able to lead a normal active life with my grandchildren after years of severe back and leg pain from lumbar stenosis, thank you Stefan Balciunas🥰. His efforts in office and instructions for daily exercise going forward have changed my life! Shout out to Josh, Abby, and Savannah as well❣️ Highly recommend!

The staff is wonderful at the PT Center. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I received help for labrynthitis. They were consistent and creative in treating my imbalance issues. Highly recommend their care.

After shoulder surgery, a family member referred me to PT Center - Matthews. Josh Byrd was great throughout the rehab. He was professional, caring and friendly while really encouraging me to progress. Kaitlin was wonderful to assist with scheduling. A large “thank you” to the whole team for helping me recover! Jim

This place is amazing!!. The customer service is awesome when you walk in the door. Kaitlin makes you feel like you are already a patient even if you are brand new. Chris is so kind, knowledgeable and he uses his gift to heal to the fullest. I know this sounds crazy, but I am happy to be a patient here, who wants to be injured, but if I had not been injured, I would not have found PT Center Matthews. If you are looking for knowledgeable, kind clinicians, this is your new home.

I could not have asked for a better environment or for a better therapist than Stefan Balciunas (Matthews). Discussed detailed issues & he came up with a plan to accomplish my expectations and relieve my pain and discomfort. Answered all my questions & addressed any issues that resulted during treatment. I have currently completed my therapy and am back to my normal active schedule, something I thought would never happen.

All the staff at Matthews PT Therapy center are polite, caring and helpful! After an auto injury I started PT to improve foot/knee and overall pain that developed in my left leg. The pain was affecting my daily activities and my ability to regularly be active without pain. After an MRI, it was discovered I ultimately needed surgery to remove a mass that had developed in my knee. I was comforted in the fact I could return to therapy with Chris for rehab after the knee surgery. He was able to work with me through every phase of my recovery process to get me the best results. They care about your goals and listen to pain points to tailor exercises for successfully improving pain over time. I am extremely thankful for this faculty and the team they have put together.

I am so grateful I came across The Physical Therapy Center in Matthews. It has been a positive experience from the first time I called and spoke with Tiffany, who was very nice, to everyone I have encountered. So far I have had 3 sessions. Mike has been a great PT, with clear guidance and encouragement, and exercises that after every session, with me doing my part in between sessions, I can see such an improvement and progress in my ankle fracture recovery. I love and appreciate the Christian environment with music that is both soothing and uplifting. I highly recommend this center.
