Physical Therapy Care

The actual PT is outstanding, but I missed a couple appointments due to chronic illness and now no one will call me back, despite leaving several messages. I let them know of my illness when I started PT for my knee, too. I understand it’s their policy, but to not even return a call to discuss options is petty. My HMO will only send me there, so I can’t even get PT someplace else. I asked for a second chance so I can walk again, but to no avail. Moral of the story: DO NOT MISS AN APPOINTMENT!

This was my second time in therapy with Michael and his team. I went back to this company because of the excellent care and professionalism. In the event I ever need physical therapy I’ll be back and I’ve referred others. The best care out there.

One of the best physical therapy care in the area. Since the first visit Michael will evaluate you amd start to treat you well. It helped me a lot with the pain I've gotten from surgery. Great folks. They did an amazing job. The staff deserves 5 stars as I've had nothing but positive interactions with them. However, I won't be returning as the owner Michael doesn't follow their own mask, let alone mandated, protocols and allowed someone to be maskless in the same room as myself and another patient. Given that we are in the middle of full blown Omicron, and getting PT is a risk in and of itself, it seems ridiculously unprofessional.

Mike (the owner) does a good job running this company. He is smart, affable, hands own, leads by example and is very knowledgeable. His staff is great too! No complaints and they have really helped me with my injuries and pain! I recommend seeking PT with Mike and PTC! It's a solid look!
