Physical Therapy By Phoenix

From the very first day at Phoenix PT I felt comfortable! The staff at the desk, to the therapist Rachel and Matt were so kind and Knowledgeable! Thank you for always caring! Thank you also to the special assistants helping with the other therapy at the end of a session that sent me on the way feeling more confident in my health and mobility! When I first started going to physically therapy by phoenix I could hardly lift my right arm due to a shoulder injury, and had been out of work for 2 months. I have been working with Rachel for the past 6 weeks and she has helped me get my full range of motion back and I was able to return back to work with no restrictions. Her bedside manner and how she cares for her patients is truly amazing! All of the staff up there are very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend them if you need Physical therapy.

This is not my first time at Phoenix, after my fourth neck surgery, my P.T. Changes every time. The staff, from the people at the front desk to the therapist are very friendly and supportive. They all are very knowledgeable in their profession. Wonderful Place, Wonderful Place.

My experience with my therapist was great! If there is anything I would have a complaint of was just the confusion over my insurance authorization with kept me from receiving treatment for nearly 8 weeks. The communication between the recommending provider, the 3rd party insurance, and Phoenix staff needs improvement but I am very happy with everything after those issues were corrected.

Excellent place for physical therapy! Matt Reeves worked with me for 4 months and I'm feeling much better walking and standing.Amazong person and therapist.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Phoenix Physical Therapy. Their staff is friendly and the quality of care you receive is some of the best I’ve ever received. They do their due diligence at diagnosing the problem and source of your pain and give you the treatment you need to recover to 100%. If you are looking for a PT place in Wichita I’d high recommend Phoenix.

The whole team is great here. I had several months worth of physical therapy with Dan and he was excellent. Very pleasant to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend any of the physical therapists at this Phoenix center. Thank you Phoenix!

My second time being here (different reasons), and I've had an amazing time and have been able to figure out and progress my recovery with their help. Rachel specifically has been awesome and very knowledgeable and overall great therapist. They've helped me recover and also given me the tools that I'll need going forward.
